Boom to Hall of Fame. I honestly won't stand for anything less.
I seem to remember a dev saying that if any of the buffs turned out to be too much, they would probably undo them, so Pocket Galaxy will surely go back to (7) or maybe (6). I'd prefer (7).
If they touch Conjurer's Calling, I would expect nothing more than removing Twinspell from it, but I'm not sure they'll even do that.
I know Prismatic Lens creates some polarizing situations and has received a fair amount of forum hate, but I'm not convinced it's on Blizzard's radar. I have a feeling we're just going to have to wait for this one to rotate.
I think Mountain Giant will enter the Hall of Fame at the beginning of next year, possibly along with Leeroy and maybe even Alexstrasza.

I think they should change Mountain Giant to 13 mana and give it ‚costs 1 less for each card in your hand’. The card won’t change at all, but this will remove the Taunt from Conjurer’s Calling pool. Also, the Calling itself should be 4 mana.
Conjurer's Calling -> change rather than nerf - when used on minions that were mana cheated out, the conj will no longer give them full cost minions but the mana cost in which it was cheated out (so 0 mana giant = 2x 0 cost minions from conj)

Thus far in Hearthstone's history, the game loses track of the temporary casting cost when the minion hits the board. It reverts to it natural cost, and there's really no practical way to show the cost history, which would be important if any card worked the way you describe.
It's not a bad idea where balance is concerned, just not a very practical one in terms of the game engine.

I agree with your assessment on Prismatic Lens; it's one of those cards that when it works it is amazing but can also fail horribly if drawn too late or hits the wrong cards. Tip the Scales is insane at less than 5 mana, but its not nearly as hard to fight as Boom with multiple Devastators and other removals or Big Priest in Wild.
Personally, I would be shocked if they didn't touch Omega Devastator (I would prefer a mana cost change to 5 to limit your options a bit, but a mech tag removal will probably be what happens).
Conjurer's Calling and Boom Hero don't deserve drastic nerfs solely because its not their fault they are OP, they are only good because of other circumstances. Mountain Giant is what breaks Conjurer's (HoF the giant would fix that problem RIP Handlock) and Boom is only great because his competition is minimal (Wild has far stronger hero cards in it than can easily match Boom in the value game.) As much as I like playing Boom, I hope he just gets HoF, because any nerfs to the card just kill it in Wild.
I find it hard how DR boom can be nerfed without destroying the flavor of the card.
Best fix might be to add 2 more hero powers so it has 7 to make the card even more RNG, but that could also make the card even worse to play against. But it also mean it's less reliable to get what you want.
something like(i'm not a card designer so those 2 hero powers might be to strong)
repair kit: restore 7 heath to a mech.
bombs away:shuffle a bomb into your OP deck.
If the rush is a problem its should be mech you summon have rush (to not make micro-squad totally bad) and mech currently in your hand and deck have rush so if you get more from delivery drone and assembly they don't have rush.
You can count the amount of stupid people on the forums by the amount of people who are whining about having Divine Spirit needing to go into the Hall of Fame because they're too fucking stupid to play around a Divine Spirit/Inner Fire combo. One of the EASIEST combos to work around, yet you whine about how unstoppable it is like fucking toddlers. Not to mention that Divine Spirit is part of the Priest's identity.
Deal with it.

Dr. Boom, Mad Genius - HoF
Luna's Pocket Galaxy - 6 mana
Conjurer's Calling - 4 mana
Barnes - 6 mana 5/5
Divine Spirit - HoF

Dr. Boom's hero power now costs 7 mana
While I agree with these changes... have they ever HoF'd a card in the middle of a year?
https://www.hearthpwn.com/news/6757-10-new-classic-cards-vanish-mind-blast-to-hall-of
1. They won't nerf Barnes or anything in Big priest because they don't give a fuck about real players. They like the ones auto playing in the toilet.
2. Dr.Boom will probably be annihilated never to be playable again
3. Luna's Pocket Galaxy won't get nerfed because it's blizzard and shame is a thing.
4. Conjure's Calling will become unplayable
5. no other nerf, it's blizzard. more nerfs = more shame
I am power, incarnate!
Yes, Vanish and Mind Blast were retired in July of this year.

Dr. Boom, Mad Genius -> mana cost increased to 9 and Armor hero power nerfed
Eternium Rover -> only awards 1 Armor when damaged rather than 2
Omega Devastator -> health reduced and battlecry damage reduced
Luna's Pocket Galaxy -> mana cost returned to normal (7)
Conjurer's Calling -> change rather than nerf - when used on minions that were mana cheated out, the conj will no longer give them full cost minions but the mana cost in which it was cheated out (so 0 mana giant = 2x 0 cost minions from conj)
Alexstrasza -> Hall of Fame
My predictions.

I joke a lot, if you take anything I say seriously, well, shame on you :p
Take the twinspell off of conjurers calling and that will drastically improve the OP combo.

Inner Fire -> HOF
Mountain Gaint - >HOF
Pocket Galaxy - no change
Conjurer's Calling - no change (or 4 mana)
not sure on warrior - too many options
yea this seems very similar to what blizzard is going to do imo
I think that Omega Devastator is going to lose it's mech tag.
Some people will get upset because the current card art makes it look like a mech. But similar to the Succubus case, card art can be altered.
Behold the new Omega Devastator.
IGNORE THIS! I'm too dumb to figure out how to delete it!

i only play wild and got golden boom so fingers crossed for HoF ;p
Also, i demand all control cards to cost 2 more mana and all aggro cards to cost 2 less mana.

Lunas to 6. CC no change. Mountain Giant HOF.
