Giggling inventor was completely gutted by the Nerf and kind of rightfully so,It was helping all the combo druids and quest rogues survive and was in general a really powerful and obnoctious card played in almost all decks regardless of archetype (unsurprisingly, my favourite of the set,i'm the kind of idiot that enjoyes playing odd warrior 🙃)
Now though all these decks are gone and there are Little to no combo decks in standard (GOOD,now it's time for wild to do the same, don't bring me back down to earth please,a man can Dream...) So i Say we go back and unnerf the card,or at least get It to 6 mana in order to keep It playable while not being oppressive
It's still a pretty viable card that sees play in a few decks (Q-Shaman is one, as noted above), and I've seen some Shudderwock variants too. It's also still a great stall tactic for late game decks.
I don't really see value (in terms of balance) of lowering the cost as it would simply become too powerful again.
I knew about It being playable in evolve decks but still it's sad to me that a card that was everywhere got relegated to ultra nieche, maybe making It 6 mana would let It Be playable as a decent stalling tool in some slow decks
I do know that it's never going to happen though so whatever

The fact that it was everywhere was pretty much the problem; it was such a good card that almost every deck was playing it. Even some aggro decks used it, which was weird because it is a heavy control card. That's why there is constant talk about what to do with Zilliax - again, because Zilliax fits into almost every deck without much consideration.
I want to know your opinion on this

It is played in Quest Shaman with Mutate or the Transform Lackey which is powerful enough ;)

Still would cause issues.
