That unironically includes GvG. I get the hate but it's hard to think Pirate Warrior was the bane of existence when Reno could just heal all their damage back or other decks could just brick-wall them like Dragon Priest. Jade Druid/other Jade decks were linear but were still somewhat interesting as they presented a lethal puzzle for opponents, and Naturalize was risky and Swipe only did so much which means matches always involved a ton of minions on the board at once - they were largely a "how hard does your deck pop off" test. Granted Innervate, Wild Growth and Nourish were all significantly better cards so Druids could still randomly have the best curve ever.
Frozen Throne was epic. It introduced new play styles, new decks, multiple ways to play for each class. And of course, the death knights (and EVERY hero got one, not just 2 or 3 like they have now).
I’m hoping for a reboot in the next expansion, seeing as this year is all about reinventing past mechanics. :)
Every hero got one, except warrior. Warrior got a bad 8 mana weapon. That is rectified now.
LoE because grinder mage was the most fun for me at that time. And Ponylock which has gained its optimized version with LoE before the Pony nerf. And I didnt even mention Reno...
Aside from Control Warrior which obviously needs some attention, I'm actually really enjoying this meta so far, more than most others. It feels more varied and diverse than many others in recent memory. Frozen Throne was fun, but there were far too many imbalances from the Deathknights, which was a shame.
The Witchwood (Monster Hunt) wins best expansion for solo content for me.
1. League of Explorers and Naxxramas as a close second though I don't see them in the list?
The only reason I didn't include those two, Blackrock Mountain, or Karazhan was because they are adventures, not expansions. Although, I am rather fond of those two as well
Any expansion with singleton decks.

0% Boomsday, for me is a surprise, I am expecting TGT be the worst of all time in players opinion.
