Hello, first of all I want to say, if this game is filling you with joy stop reading right now, it's not message for you.
I played Hearthstone since Nax and I really enjoyed it back then. Game was somehow different at that point. I still continued playing as the game progressed, but didn't enjoyed it that much anymore. Still was running at same decks I hated, grinding and and opening nothing good at all, sometimes spending money and was dissapointed because for hard amount of money I never get anything that would be worth it.
I thought game would be more creative and interesting with more and more cards, but the opposite is true. With every expansion it feels there are less and and viable decks, and and can't even play for fun anymore. I still enjoyed playing some decks in wild, but when i hit legend game started to be really pointless.
I had nothing more to achieve (not talented enough to play high competition) and why would I spend money and time on something that fills me only with sadness and rage. Couple of times I was even really agressive towards my child and wife because I was losing over and and over against decks I hate and at that point I told myself stop. I still check news, but Iam happy not playing this game anymore.
And my point with this article? I just want tell you, if this game doesn't bring you any joy, but only fills you with rage and grief, do yourself a favour and stop playing it. It's not worth it. There are better things to do in this life than getting suicidal because you lost 5 times at row to bomb warrior. Thanks for attention. Peace.
I always find it incredibly funny that someone thinks he or she is so important, he or she must create a separate thread just to exclaim he or she no longer plays the game.

The support group for baby rage about Hearthstone is next week. Please don't clutter up the forum with this. No one cares what you think or why you are leaving. Just leave.
If you don't care about his/her opinion, just don't read it. Absolutely no need to act like a complete douchebag. This is a forum, where people write their opinion about things and that's what happened now. The baby rage support group for those who pointlessly and thoughtlessly complain about someone writing his argument-based opinion is also next week. Cheers
This is quite a toxic community. I play very seldom now and feel better. I’m with you bro, better off playing something fun than something that causes you issues at home.

This.
The thing ruining HS, for me, is the random card generators. They have increased significantly, over earlier iterations of the game. Importantly, that form of RNG is NOT controllable, you can’t play around literally hundreds of possible generated cards.
It’s obviously a design choice, probably to provide meme material for streamers, but it makes the game no longer competitive. So many games are decided on pure RNG (and I’m not talking about draw variance).
Current HS is fine as a fun, casual game, to not take seriously. But it will never be a legitimate esport in its current form, despite the narrative that Blizzard marketing shoves down our throats.

this so much
to those ppl: JUST LEAVE, no one wants to read their shitpost and crying
All grousing aside, if you are being aggressive towards your wife and child due to a game, you should really look into therapy. Even if you stop playing the game, that speaks to a failure to properly manage emotion, and that needs to be dealt with.
This game makes me feel the same way man, wicked negative and grumpy. Even worse now with that stupid new legendary that gives you win condition rng, the rng overall in this game seems completely rigged. There is a reason so many great streamers are done. This game is shit and makes you feel like shit and as these other post show encourage people to treat others like shit. I hope you stay away; you’re reflective enough as a husband/dad you deserve a good family time.

No it doesn’t. You never misplaced frustration? My bad zen master cho.

Being "really aggressive" to a spouse or child slips over the line of misplaced frustration. Read the words people use, dear.

It can seem silly at first, however, alot of us players are very passionate about HS. It is the main and only game some people play, and some have played since it came out. Imagine the loss one would feel saying goodbye to an old friend, for example. I know its not the same, but it can feel like it.
Writing a post about it is a ceromonial way of saying goodbye in a sense. But maybe also a cry for help, for someone to convince them they arent alone in how they feel, and maybe, just maybe, they could give it another try! LOL
Over the top response to a silly idea I know. Im in a weird mood tonite. LOL
I think its more like the game is so important to some, thats why they write and share about it.
Not necessarily, dear. It could just mean barking too much and being short tempered. Depends what his norm is, dear.
With that said. If he’s abusive, she should bounce with the kid and he should get punched in the balls on his way to jail.
If you believe that barking or yelling at someone is an acceptable form of communication in marriage or parenting, I urge you to avoid both in the future, at least until you can fix that belief. Abuse need not be legally actionable to be worth addressing, and there are areas of behavior that are not necessarily abusive that can be addressed with proper work. The gulf between "everything is fine" and "jail the fucker" is vast.
Now, I don't enjoy talking to you, so I think I'm done responding after this.

I did not say it was good communication. You’re going to criticize me and in the process show your true colors. Ok leave then 😂 😂😂😂😂😂👌
