You shouldn't look for accuracy. Meta games are way too complicated for that. The best hs players on the planet predict incorrectly all the time. Especially Mr. "The Caverns Below, one star!"
Yesterday at FenoHS channel, him ( fenomenno) Justsayin, Orange, Muzzy, and Hunterace made a setreview. So if you are looking for the most competitive one rewatch it at fenos twitch channel ^^ .
Regis Killbin is one of my favorites...Not because he's always 100% accurate, but he's a good personality for what he does, and has a solid understanding of the game while still enjoying some of the antics beyond mathematical analysis of what will become top meta deck material. I don't really watch streaming anything though, more so youtube day after stuff of whatever looks interesting at the time.
Trump is extremely bad and has a terrible record. Famously, he missed Defile and the Warlock DK! I feel like he is a bit out of touch these days, he spent most of his review asking chat for advice. xD
I am going to disagree with most people here but imo Trump is one of the top reviewers out there. Yes, he has made some big whoopsies in the past but on the whole, he gets things right more often than not. Few could have predicted just how broken Caverns Below would be before the set released. He really knows the game very well and if you go back and watch his re-reviews of past sets you can see that he nails most of the cards he rates. One thing that does limit him is that he tends to only look at existing archetypes and some theory crafts that are too general like taunt warrior or control priest. That said though, not one reviewer ever predicted a deck like cyclone mage so nearly everyone was wrong about some of those cards. It’s impossible to be 100% accurate with ratings but Trump does a good job and gets it right more often than not.
For the more casual player, Kripp is good as well.
Top players like Thijs for example are much more hit and miss with their ratings. It seems like they just make a video without much research before hand and this leads to them either being overly generous with their ratings or not exploring possible synergies enough.
So for me, Trump gets the number one spot ito reviewers. He does the research and understands the game very well. And most of the times he is actually right. But as always, rather wait a few weeks before you craft anything to see how things shape up. It’s easy to get carried away on launch day and craft all the flashy stuff but that seldom works out once the meta settles down. Be patient, and wait a bit before blowing all that valuable dust you saved up.

LOL that’s a good example why he was right ( in his opinion) .
When Defile and DK Guhldan came out , Control Warlock was a tier 3 deck at best. Only later with some broken healing and Voidlords etc. Control Warlock was a thing. Ofc now you can say : but defile and the DK are powerful cards and they made the deck top tier.
But what if they never gave Warlock any Control tools and healing? I guess a lot of people would say , ohh yeah that defile it never really took of it wasn’t broken or anything. I guess Trump was right. That’s why he does the reviews his way. If he thinks that’s a powerful card, but he doesn’t see any synergy or support he will give it a bad rating.
dont watch trump for any insight. Kripp is good. Not watching many others so I wouldn’t know too many, but any other blizcon winner that still plays is a sure bet. Maybe also kibler.
Not a streamer per se, but Vicious Syndicate put out a SoU card evaluation recently, which you can read here. Their RoS evaluation was pretty spot on for the most part: they didn't nail everything (Bomb Warrior was much stronger than they expected, and Secret Paladin much weaker), but their predictions were a lot better and more well thought out than someone like, say, Disguised Toast.
I don't think any ONE reviewer is the best. I watch Kripp, Regis and Trump's reviews to get their viewpoints and then form my own opinion. They aren't always right and they aren't always wrong.
Brian Kibler explains the technical stuff well, and for the most part, skews on the control side of things. Probably the best all-around reviewer, and damn seductive at playing decks that have horrible win rates but tempt you to waste dust on them. He does have a blind eye to the scourges of ladder though (meta aggro generally) unless it hits him in the face -- Pirate Warrior, Un'Goro Quest Rogue. The ivory tower guy of Hearthstone, we are all dirty common peasants to his glorious epic decks.
Regis Killbin is a good quick review source, but he doesn't like long games or sees cards that do well in that -- he thought Frost Lich Jaina from Knights of the Frozen Throne would be ineffective.
Hearthstone's Trump is ... comic relief. Also, he hates priest, so f--k him.
Kripp has arena and meme deck cred. I've seen him do well with aggro and control in constructed; he just gets bored of standard ladder quickly is what I read. Bomb Warrior was his latest creation for constructed, so take that as you will. As for predictions ... he'll go off the deep end for some, but is pretty close to Kibler on average.
Dekkster is good for making or promoting offbeat decks and honestly tells you whether it will succeed vs. the (aggro) meta or not, but he's yet to show any predicting chops. I believe this is the first expansion he's reviewed cards.
Thijs and J4ckieChan don't review, but they do come out with fun and outside the meta decks a week or two after the dust settles.
I think we're going to miss Disguised Toast, even though he was burnt out two or three expansions ago. Not a big fan, but when he busted out a meme deck or tried to get an OTK card or theory to work, it was worth the watch.
I think Kripp was most accurate at this expansion tho he overrated some cards but they are not too much.
At the other hand Trump is like yeah this is one star because I am not able to fit it in any deck bitch please you cannot fit it in any deck but I can and many other can.

I have heard of Trump and Kripp, but are there any other streamers/youtubers that review cards and are very accurate?
TFT is corrupting the streamers..

I manage the Epic Tier List and Crafting Guide. Come check it out!
Here are my predictions in The Exhaustive Ashes of Outlands Card Preview.

Hands down it was Reynoodle when he still played the game
I miss Day9... :-(
This guy is one of the best in terms of knowledge and strategy.
