Recently I'm running into "Your Opponent" very often. Could anyone please thell me what's the point of using this feature if you're not a pro/streamer hiding from stream-sniping at high-legend? Because every time I'm checking my opponent's real nickname after the match, it's always just a some random unknown person.
It's not an intentional hiding of identity. This happens when you (or the opponent) had a disconnect or interruption to the connection, and where the game doesn't have access to the player username anymore, so it will put in "Your Opponent" as a means to give them a temporary identity.
There's nothing untoward happening.
