This meta is going to change soon anyway. Lots of high legend players started playing otk paladin to counter mages. And it could win against warrior pretty decently if you know what you're doing.
I'm not sure if this archetype is healthy for the game. So what's the solution?
Easy Solution: Play a deck that counters it. Every deck has a weakness that can be countered. If there isn't then the problem cards tend to get a nerf, it happened to Rogue shortly after RoS was released. The deck you are complaining about struggles against aggro, so play a very aggressive aggro deck.
Harder Solution: If you want to play a slower deck then you will have to increase your skill level and your understanding of the deck you are trying to beat.

it would help if you can explain why it is not healthy for the game? Too strong? Is it played too much? Is it too hard to play?
I think it's one of those decks who can be snowballed too fast.

Stop expecting to beat it with a control deck.

make cc cost 4 or 5 mana and you'd get rid of the turn 5 or 6 toxicity of a bunch of giants.
