Hearthstone it s really a simple game, the more we go further the more it's more difficult to create appealing content by the dev's.
Yes we saw just few cards but the power level it's low and other then that the cards are very boring. I even play only wild and only few cards will make the cut for that format.
I was wondering if i was the only disappointed who will not spend any money after what we saw so far.
ahhhh, the traditional "I quit!!!!" post. Legend says these people actually believe a community run forum gives a shit, and can be responsible for fixing the game itself.
I felt the same way too :c The cards didn't feel so sparkly! Most didn't feel so special and were a couple repeated mechanics. Only the Untapped Potential looked interesting in a way.
Well mine was a constructive thread , hearthstone is very simple couse of the small card text and more we go on more will be very difficult to create a new expansion that is actually good and healty for the game. It is just a fact that hs can t have a long life.
And this expansion looks like the point were we start to fall down , and as long as they sell it for 50 quid it s always good to think if it s worth on not.
Other then that i am glad of your answers, seems like this forum is full of frustrated nerdy people only. Take it easy guys.
I honestly felt that way about the initial reveal and the few subsequent reveals, but now that we're rollin im really liking them and things are shaping up. I'm excited!
Edit - Pumped for no dupes, and especially what I'm seeing for Paladin.
We have only 25 of the 135, so its very early to see whats will happens.
Now we have quests... easier to accomplish, but with weaker effects. I think it will make a lot of good decks about them.
All of saviors are good, with good effects. They are weak against bombs... but is not impossible to use. They will see game in standard... but in wild they will shine! (maybe i'll be back in wild now... Reno + Kazakus + any savior. Will be very fun to play.
- The hearthstone are losing players. They don't know how to grow... the game don't change anything in 5 years. (i play since the beggining... so i can tell).
- Magic Arena is not perfect... but they are trying a lot of new things... something works... something not... but they are gathering players.
...And about your topic... u arent without blame. With a title like this, u only attract people who will laughing of you.

Only problem is people figure out good decks very quickly and the meta starts to get stale after a month. But they are doing a good job of making changes and introducing new cards or buffs/nerfs during this time to keep the game going for another few months until the next expansion.
What you forget is the game is forever changing in a good way. I found the last season very fun to play with card changes and new decks.
Magic Arena will never be as good as Hearthstone. You don't even know what you're facing 9 times out of 10 and that is a huge problem. The play style is also clunky and not very new user friendly. I'd never compare it to Hearthstone.
Your comment was very one sided, and did not include any of the good things Hearthstone has been doing.
If you've played since the beginning then your comment about they don't know how to grow makes no sense.
Hearthstone has load of potential directions for new content - the devs chose to keep things simple based on how they read the playerbase. Maybe in the future we will see more and more complex cards, but they haven't even scratched the surface for things they could potentially do with new cards and mechanics.
Someone should make a checklist of the typical same comments made, such as OP, for every upcoming expansion. Same comments, different expansion. Try better next time, OP.

JagBone's Wild Adventures! 3 Videos Per Week. Fun, wacky Wild decks and plays!
i also not buying it but not because i dont like it but because i have enough gold an dust for 2 expansion ahead I really like the no duplicated cards come back also for wild Cant wait
There have been a lot of powerful cards revealed from this expansion, and a few cards that look extremely interesting. BEEEES!!! Is one of the coolest cards they have made in quite a while, its base effect is simple but it has so many interesting interactions you can build around, I could imagine there being a combo deck that uses bees with cult master/gloop as a draw engine. Plague of murlocs also looks like a card made for wild, it completely wrecks big priest.

I don't care.

I'm the opposite of the OP. I'm pre-order-straight-way guy. I can't wait to open my packs on the 6th.

Can we lock this bad, salty thread, please?
