I was wandering if that happened to anyone else because it's kind of odd.Yesterday i completed the tavern brawl and i got a classic pack, inside there was a gruul.Today i had a dungeon quest also a pack which inside there was an onyxia.(I have both in my collection) Is this a bug or they have brought back the duplicate legendaries?
i don't complain it's also very lucky of me and i am very grateful of opening 2 legendaries back to back.Yes i know that i own all the legendaries but i am missing these 2 non golden.Whatever

So what if you miss those in non golden ?
The rule cheks if you own the card, doesn’t matter if it’s in golden or not. The rule will apply to your golden pulls though
What SHOULD happen is after you have all non golden you start pulling golden versions. Sort or stupid you just keep getting duplicates after.
So rich people who have all legendaries from a set should get golden legendaries instead of normal ones, so they can get even richer? That doesn't make any sense.

No poor person would have a disadvantage because of that. Golden cards don't make you richer. Unless you will gift me your house because I have a golden Tirion. Or will the goverment give me 10 million bucks because I have a golden floop's? Don't make it a pseudo social justice issue. It only devalues actual social issues. Having such a golden rule would be just common courtesy towards customers.
It looks quite sad, especially because I'm not rich. Would prefer 1 golden instead of 3 non-golden. Getting golden legendaries would be cool indeed.
what's even more stupid is keeping extra legendaries
I do not know in what way it is stupid as I do not need the dust right now and there is always possibility for extra value from nerfs.
When’s the last time a classic legendary was nerfed ?
Does not matter at all for me. As I said, I do not need the dust right now, thus if there is even an incredibly low chance of nerf, I will not hit the button.

I was talking about being rich in hearthstone, not in real life. I could use the same reasoning you are using to argue for giving everyone (not just people with all the legendaries) golden legendaries instead of regular ones. It doesn't put any poor or rich person in a disadvantage and it's also courtesy towards customers. You are just asking for free stuff, but only specifically for people who don't even need it.

I assume that it is because you already have all the legendaries from the Classic set. In this situation, the legendary you get is indeed random.
I don't have lorewalker cho and al'akir only the golden version of them.
Then you DO have them.
It is surprising how many people complain about getting duplicate legendary without checking if they have all of them already or not.

It's more of a collector thing

When’s the last time a classic legendary was nerfed ?
Leroy jenkins
That was years ago

Dust —> golden cards —> win
