I usually assume it's someone ready to verbally abuse me, so sometimes I will first prepare a copy/paste immature message (just in case) ready to respond so I get something in before being deleted or deleting them myself. When they inevitably friend request back, I again prepare another more antagonizing message that I can immediately send upon accepting and delete them before they can say anything (hopefully leaving them extra salty).
Yup. If it's an idiot after he got a win due to insane RNG or lucky topdeck you can just remove him immediately. If it isn't, then you may have made a friend to play the game with.
I don’t, in my friendlist I have actual friends, I don’t see a point in adding someone unknown, who is most likely going to flame me. And I am mostly playing quite polarized mage decks that use some aspects generally hated by many and at the same time are either an absolute win or a horrible loss for me. So if it’s either classic Toni quest mage with fireballs flying to my opponent’s face, Khadgar’s big mountain boards or right now my favorite quest tempo mage in wild. Even if these decks are super fun for me, I just don’t think that an opponent wants to have a friendly chat with me after getting defeated in such a spectacular way.
I always accept friend requests. And sometimes I get to talk to nice people. Not everyone is bad/toxic/sore loser/troll, but people nowadays forgot that. They forgot to believe in the Good in people. And that makes me sad :(.

I accept most friend requests. Only ignore/refuse if they taunt excessively or rope me on their last turn, because by then I can safely assume they're not worth my time.
I've only ever accepted one 'after match' friend request ever.
I'm always at rank 20 since I don't grind out the ladder all that much and I was matched against a guy who very clearly just started playing the game maybe for a couple of days. I had far superior cards and combo's and he dropped Chillwind Yeti on turn 4...
Naturally the match was very 1 sided, but on my final turn where I had him dead to rights, I simply hit the concede button. He sent a friend request asking why I did that, even he could see that I won and I told him straight. "You obviously just started the game, it's not fun for me playing against somebody who's still trying the game out and I know for a fact that it ain't gonna be fun for you to get rofl stomped when you don't have a lot of cards, I can always get the wins back".
We stayed in touch and I helped him with the ropes of the game, built him a very cheap hunter deck and a fairly good zoolock. He's still active on my friends-list and we chat from time to time.
Although I understand that people choose not to do that - getting shit from another person isn't fun, and on the contrary to some of the responses, it can be a big deal and, no, you're not a 'special snowflake' if you tend to be stressed about it.
Hell, the game is about fun, if someone doesn't want namecalling to be a part of it, that's absolutely fucking understandable.
I do usually... Unless person is very salty... 20-30% of people that try to add me are decent actually and i have a nice chat with them... The rest are abusive type...
I almost always accept friend requests... after at least a couple hours. Most of the requests I get are right after a win I squeezed out or that were completely one sided. More than happy to chat, but don't care to have someone cuss and fume because things didn't go their way.
I always accept, and I send requests whenever something cool happens in a game. It's nice to connect with people, even if it's just to find out that someone's an arsehole.

I do because people are usually triggered. Any way to report them via mobile? I have screenshots. 😂
definitely not ! :D
It's nice to be IMPORTANT,
But it's more important to be NICE!
after someone wanted me to die from cancer, i will never accept random friendrequests again.
Im usually not triggered by "i f**k your Mom lines", but these kids cross lines with this comments like this. Maybe im getting old ...

Hey, sometimes I'm in a snarky mood.

No reason not to, if they are salty then have a good laugh about them, if not then its all good too. You have nothing to lose.
Not since 2015 and don't feel like I'm missing anything. Not interacting with random Hearthstone players makes my life much more enjoyable.
Yes, I do. Because I am playing on EU server I can learn so many rude phrases from native speakers. It's awesome!
But yes, from time to time there is a guy who is "not normal" and is serious. Also once after I loose a game a guy sent me 80g challenge.
it's really sad players don't accept friend requests after really great and intensive games just because of those fucking cancerspammingguys.

Yes, always.

I am envoy from nowhere in nowhere. Nobody and nothing have sent me. And though it is impossible I exist. ©Trimutius

Normally not, specially if they have Russian names, as I can't understand anything they write xD
The pleasure is mine.
I always accept
