So hearthstone is actually buffing a lot of cards as well as nerfing rogue and archivist. While this sounds cool and fun, they buffed like 2 cards of each class and from what i understand there was very little user demand for these cards to get buffed. So my question is this: how much crack were they smoking at the boardmeeting when they decided this was a good decision?
Hopefully the article i read is fake but heres the list
I know theyre giving us a golden legend as an apology but im still pissed we have to adjust to a new meta right after the expansion was settling in. I was quite liking the current meta
This has got to be the dumbest post I've ever read. They finally buffed cards, something we as a community never thought would happen and announce a free golden legendary. This is the greatest day Hearthstone has ever had, it's monumental for so many reasons and you're complaining because the stale meta is going to be shaken up....
Im cool with them buffing a few cards but 2 from each class is way excessive. The upcoming meta is completely unpredictible now. Im not going to, but i guarantee players will be dusting that gold legend to adjust to the way the meta shifts and thats the real reason theyre giving you the legend.
God Forbid Blizzard tries to make a larger portion of the cards they design to actually be relevant. It always sucks when you have 95% of the card collection but less than 10% is even worth having.
Furthermore, as a crafter im kinda mad i dusted these cards that are now changing. Ive dusted Dr. Morrigan twice but now shes playable if not really solid. Is a golden legend supposed to count for the endless army of cards i dusted that now might be playable. I think ive dusted each of these cards at one point or another.
lol never dust standard legal cards. you guys never learn. Those crafting guides or safe to disenchant guide are obsolete from now on, since every card could be buffed at some point
I think theyres a pretty simple rule of thumb you can follow to determine if this upcoming balance change was good or bad for your collection: do you end up dusting the free golden legend theyre giving you or do you end up crafting 1600 dust worth of cards you already dusted at one point. If either is true to you then this upcoming balance change was terrible for your collection
Personally, I like it, and a lot of people do too. I guess not everyone has to agree, but it's happening anyway. What's best to do is just to wait and see how it goes.
just keep your damn cards. F2P are likely the one ones complaining lmao. Just because you disenchanted cards for minimal gain doesn’t mean the rest of us with sense should be punished.
I agree that the crafting guides are now obselete and you might as well just hold each card you get from this point on.
That was already true for every non golden card. Tough luck that you only just now learned the most basic rule of card collecting in hearthstone. Never disenchant anything, no matter how bad it looks, until it rotates to wild. Even without buffs, there have been many cases of a card that looked bad getting better later, when new cards are added that work well with it.
You should have learned a while ago to not disenchant stuff. Your fault, not the fault of Blizzard for finally doing actual balance rather than always only nerfing.

So you disenchanted cards prematurely and now youre pissed and somehow think this is someone elses fault? Okay buddy. No one cares.

This is why we can't have nice things
Brawlin Brawlin Brawlin!

Lol this meta is not stale i dont know what game you have been playing this last month
Ditto. OP is acting ungrateful.

Why are you so butthurt man? People have been wanting for a fresher metagame for a while now. You're not the only one that plays this game you know?
lol never dust standard legal cards. you guys never learn. Those crafting guides or safe to disenchant guide are obsolete from now on, since every card could be buffed at some point
I mean i think i explained pretty explicitly why im so butthurt but i can go over it again if you really want

Please don’t. It was pointless enough already.
A rehashing would simply highlight the selfish desires of a snowflake gamer.

Stop complaining. This is probably the best thing Blizzard has done ever in Hearthstone.
Always expect the unexpectable!
No one has ever forced you to disenchant any card, if you are that frugal and salty because of this who is to blame?
