I was playing this game since the very beginning and had so much fun. Was not that succesfull but i was all those seasons around rank 5.
Stopped playing after Mean streets of Gadzetan because of real life obligations that didnt allow me to spend so much time. Now i have a lot of traveling with my work and i see HS as a good way to entertain myself and have fun. Logged after 3 years but most of my cards are only for wild now.
Any suggestions for a low cost crafting cards and with which expansion should i start unlocking so i can get back into the game.
Just search budget decks on here. when it comes to crafting I suggest you take a careful approach if your resources are limited. find out which class/arch type you feel like you can enjoy over a lot of hours before making a decision.
Zilliax is the only legendary from the past expansions I would recommend regardless of what you end up playing :).
Well if you're just planning to play standard always focus on the latest expansion for packs and craft a few essentials from previous ones. Pretty sure there's some thread around here for crafting advice. Maybe you should give a bit of info on what you'd like to play, class playstyle etc.
Well, I have no answer to your question, regarding new Expansions, since I'm a relatively new player, but one thing I can tell you is this: DO NOT DUST YOUR WILD CARDS!!!!
Standard meta gets boring every time. Although wild is more stable in terms of meta, you'll have a wider variety of decks you can play.
1) In 22nd May there are going to be nerfs, so no one knows which deck will climb to top. Wait couple of weeks and keep tracking the meta. To do this I use hsreplay.net and vicioussyndicate.com
2) If you want to have some fun and try what is going on now in hearthstone I recommend crafting Wizbang the Wonderful. Every game you get one from 18 decks from deck builder (basic recipes excluded), and most of them are not bad.

Why not dust them ? Is there any use of them if i dont play wild at all ? And i have few golden legendaries and lots of rare golden that are only wild now, so why not get some dust to craft something new and catch up faster ...
Everyone I know who dusted all of his wild collection stopped playing hearthstone after 1-2 months. In long run wild is cheaper than standard and if you get bored of one game mode you can always switch to another. I still play hearthstone because in moments when standard was dark and full of terrors I just switched to wild.

I don't play much standard myself but I think zoolock is in a pretty good position right now with the flying carpet and lackeys.
Started with some 20-30 ranked games .. playing Zoo lock , by some chance in the 2 first packs i got the magic carpet so i went for that deck ..
Rest of my cards were whatever i could use in standard from the lock class and the neutral cards back from the days.
I think the winrate was around 50% , but i finished all the quests and the good thing is i had left on my account more than 1k coins, so i can start unlocking the dalaran parts, the first one was for free ...
Anyway im seeing very odd decks, even at rank 19 , and people using those decks nicely, back in the days rank 19 was just guys who threw the cards on the board, like whatever :D ...
Anyway seems fun, atleast im thinking of purchasing the expansions that are in the standard format and continue with this game. Thanks all for the suggestions !
Unless you really like single player content, I would advice against buying the adventure with gold since you're 'new' and still building your card collection.
I actually decided to start with Old Guardian's budget zoo mech and im surprised how good it turned out to be. Also because is a fast deck it allows me to play more games for the limited time i have, and thus learning more about the other decks (opponents).

Nomi priest, it's cheap and the only expensive card needed is its namesake legendary
I'll follow the 3d because I started again with ROS after a 2 yrs hyatus. Any good advice again?

Mech hunter or secret hunter
Hey guys, thanks for all the suggestions ..
I actually decided to start with Old Guardian's budget zoo mech and im surprised how good it turned out to be. Also because is a fast deck it allows me to play more games for the limited time i have, and thus learning more about the other decks (opponents).
