People of Hearthpwn, hear my call! When I heard the playsound of Captain Hooktusk , a sudden gust of sea wind blew over me. I opened my eyes and found myself at sea. I looked around and saw I was indeed standing on an old seaboard. Suddenly, a voice from above the mast called out to me. I peered up, squinting from the hot sunlight beaming down on me. There I saw her, majestically posing, one could say like a jojo's character. Alas, I was captivated and that was when I threw up from sea sickness, contracted the Nora virus, and died. Anyway, I really need help refining this deck. Wasn't sure if i should go for a more midrangey package or aggro.
I think you should cut Vargoth the deadly poisons and maybe the weapons. You probably need some 2 drops like Bloodsail Raider - I think that card is really good in pirate rogue even when you don't really buff your weapons.
I play a slight variant of the deck recipe pirate rogue deck and it's doing okayish

I eat Kingsbane rogues for breakfast.
My 2 cents:
Hench-Clan Hag instead of Castaway.
Eviscerate and/or sap are also highly desireable cards, possibly insteaf of Scalper.
Bloodmage Thalnos might go a much longer way than Vargoth, who looks a bit unreliable in this deck.
Never thought about the Hench-Clan Hag, seems pretty good with Southsea Captain and Cannon Barrage synergy. I'll try to sub Eviscerate and 1 copy of Sap as well.

I had a slightly similar deck by converting a regular malygos rogue into a canon barrage one. I'll upload it later.
You got most of the cards so the idea's there if you wanna try. Called it "Dragonfire Cannonade".
Edit: found pics on my phone
Winning!? Nah dawg *Meme-ing!*!! (but also winning)
