I haven't played the game since Kobolds & Catacombs if I remember well:/  I have 34k dust to craft things, but no idea about the new meta. 

What decks should I craft? (No class preference)

Nerfs should be close in time. If you want to craft tier1 decks anyway go to HSreplay and choose your favourite flavour. I'd go for tempo rogue with mira's-nomi, dragon/spell mage and control/bomb warrior.

If you're willing to spend some money/gold, get the new adventure to receive and play with Zayle, Shadow Cloak for some time. Then decide what to craft after you get to know some of the decks/cards and of course after the nerfs.

Otherwise, It's not a Tier 1 deck, but currently I enjoy Control Shaman the most.
