I played my waggle pick and swung with it on the same turn, the next turn my opponent magnaticed a spider bomb on a mech and ended his turn. board state: on my side a dread corsair and a waggle pick with 1 durability, on the opponents side, a 3/4 mech with spider bomb deathrattle. Normally in HS the death rattle that gets played first gets triggered first but as i swung at the mech, that deathrattle went of before my waggle picks. So my minion died. Is this a bug or am I missing something?
Was the minion that the spider bomb was magnetized to on the field before your waggle pick was played? It could be that since it was original mech minion was older, the deathrattle triggered first
The deathrattle of your weapon triggers, when your weapon "dies" (loses that last point of durability), which is always after the minion death. So, it's correct, not a bug.

WRONG, minions usually remain in the board til the weapon gets destroyed, Bittertide Hydra overkill with Blood Razor puzzle shows it
I have another similar example and I'm not sure if this is consistent with the wording and game mechanics. As far as I know, Battlecries trigger before the minion enters play (as in the board). Now if I play a Blazecaller for example and I kill a Spider Bomb with the 5 damage, its deathrattle kills my Blazecaller. Is this how it should work?

Minions enter play before their battlecry is carried out. So the blazecaller interaction works as intended. The whole playing a minion procedure is just finished after the battlecry triggered.

I have just tested your claim with the Hydra and blood razor (that's the 6/7 puzzles from the lethal group against Lil'Stormy) and if you want, you can test it yourself too. If you get the Hydra to 2 or 1 hp and then kill the hydra with your blood razor, first the hydra does 3 dmg to Lil'Stormy (from your attack), then dies and after that the deathrattle of your blood razor triggers.

Crek, the one who first commented, is right: When you magnetize, the older minion absorbs the deathrattle, so it's actually his deathrattle. So if the minion was on the board before you playd your pick, his deathrattle will trigger first. I've seen that a lot while playing mech hunter.
I started with a Sylvanas Windrunner on board, then on my opponents turn they played a Convincing Infiltrator. Back to my turn, I cast Ancestral Spirit on my Sylvanas and proceed to clear the whole board. I anticipate that because I played Ancestral Spirit after he played his Convincing infiltrator, his deathrattle will go off first before my Sylvanas is revived. Unfortunately for me that's not how it panned out, and my Sylvanas was revived first and was subsequently killed by my opponent's infiltrator deathrattle.
The Deathrattle granted by this spell activates immediately after any Deathrattles the minion already had before Ancestral Spirit was cast.
As far as I know, a magnetic minion behaves similarly to a spell when played in magnetic-mode. Did this mech which was magnetized onto already have a deathrattle, if so it may be the same interaction at work which I encountered with Ancestral Spirit.

Thats a good point, it probably was yes. don't know for sure.
I am going to test that.

So I didn't know it properly... Thanks for the heads up!

I had something similar happen to me:

I was confused by this, so I did a little research and found https://hearthstone.gamepedia.com/Ancestral_Spirit
