Much difference wow, yeah wording right. The mechanic is not same at all I guess, right?
Considering one will rotate in less than a year's time while the other will stick around for further use, yeah. Pretty different. /smh
Not to mention that the decklists are also completely different too... >_> Obviously they must be exactly the same, hey? Lol...
They could easily put whizzbang to classic set, considering those who created normal and golden versions of it. But no, lets change the wording and 5-6 cards different in the deck and woala; a new card. Also, I wouldnt say a recycled card as a new card. Your bars of " completely different " is pretty shallow.

I see. So by your "bars of similarity", you must think all the giants are also exactly the same, yes? Because their differences are obviously pretty minor and superficial. And you must be absolutely raging over Portal Keeper and Portal Overfiend. Such lazy design... Not at all as lazy as just putting a card into the Hall Of Fame to avoid creating a new version of it, of course...
Yes they are lazy designs if you wanna hear that. But, I am not mad about that. I am upset about specially this card because some people really crafted golden whizzbang unlike the example you gave.
But you knew that was the case (that the card would rotate out tof Standard) when you crafted it. If you didn't, that's on you.
What you're really upset about (most likely) is that fact that Blizzard have decided not to HoF the card and you were probably banking on getting back the 3200 dust you totally wasted by gold-crafting a bad card. Preeeeeetty greedy...

You are just trying to convert the conversation as you like... No, I knew the card was gonna rotate out. The problem is that they printed an overcreep card while some people used dust on a similar card earlier. That is not a good feeling at all.

Whatever you say - I don't actually know what you mean by overcreep though... I've not heard the term.
