Before people reply about this: Yes I'm starting this thread even though I already posted a thread about this very topic, but since it's hottest shit to talk about right now, I thought I'd double dip.
Anyways, here we go. Here is a much more refined look at cards that may be problematic, and may warrant a nerf in the upcoming balance patch.
Honorable Mentions:
Zilliax: While he is certainly powerful (it is the most played card in the game after all), he does not create unfun experiences most of the time when he's played. He's actually very well balanced as a nice aggro-stopper, while also being a tool aggro can use themselves.
Magic Carpet: Zoo may be plaguing the lower ranks, but I don't think Zoo is problematic overall. I liken it to Hobgoblin in that yes, you can have some crazy turns with it, but it's not overbearing. Note: And if anyone's worried about it's strength in Wild, just tech in Scorp-o-matic. Ez :P.
Now onto cards that I think are deserving a change:
Archivist Elysiana: I'm pretty sure most people saw this coming. The only problem with her is a traditional nerf won't work. If she was 10 Mana, she'd still provide an insane effect in Control decks. You'd just no longer be able to cast Baleful Banker on her for more value. I don't know what the change would be, but something needs to be done about this card so that online tournaments can stop massively overshooting their estimated end time.
Leeroy Jenkins: I'm honestly surprised this card survived the HoF rotation. He's been a power house since his inception, and a nerf later, he's still an aggro staple. If they do decide to go the nerf route, rather than HoFing him, I'd suggest nerfing him to 6 Mana, and maybe buffing his Attack to 7.
Preparation: Another card I'm surprised has survived untouched for as long as it has. But in truth, I understand it. Much of Rogue's power and identity come from the shenanigans you can do with this card. I don't know how this card could be changed without ruining it, and in turn, ruining Rogue's viability.
Brawl: I think most people can agree Brawl does a bit too much for 5 Mana. A simple nerf to 6 Mana would mean this card is still easily playable, but aggro decks can have one more turn to set up and push damage before all but one of their threats goes away.
EVIL Miscreant: Most people are talking about wanting a change to this card, and I couldn't agree more. With potentially even more powerful Lackeys being added to the pool as the year goes on, this card will only get even more time to shine. I've heard ideas of a Mana nerf, a Health nerf, or even making him only generate 1 Lackey. I think all of these are potential changes Blizzard might implement.
And finally, these aren't nerfs, but cards I feel like should've been HoF'd along with Genn and Baku:
Hagatha the Witch, Dr. Boom, Mad Genius, and Zul'jin: All 3 of these cards provide effects that are just too powerful for Standard to manage in its current power level. As the year goes on, these cards may become less of a problem, but I'm under the personal opinion that Hero Cards warp the game too drastically for them to ever be healthy in Standard again.
If there are any cards you think should've been mentioned, or you think shouldn't have been mentioned, leave your thoughts below.
Archivist: Yes, 10 mana cost could be good just to prevent easily gaining multiple copies.
Leeroy: Your suggestion of increasing to 6 mana, as well as to 7 attack seems odd. He's mostly used as a mid/late game finishing play. So despite the mana cost going to 6, raising his attack to 7 makes him even more powerful in regards to how he's typically used even if you have to wait one more turn to drop him on board. The easiest solution here is to leave him alone and just send him to the HoF. Would be interesting to see what legendary they come up with to replace him in the Classic set. (Maybe a 2/6 Rush dragon that summons two 1/1 Whelps on your side of the board? :D)
Prep: No opinion
Brawl: Nothing needed here, in my opinion
Miscreant: I wouldn't mind it giving 1 Lackey AND getting cut to 4 health.
As for the hero cards, I really wish they would have either stopped them completely or given each class a new one throughout the Raven sets. If they are going to continue producing Hero cards in future sets, they probably should do them middle or last set of a year, then wait to do anymore until the current Hero cards rotate out. Keep that pattern so Standard no longer has more than one hero card per class at anytime. So if they plan on anymore, moving the three currently in Standard to HoF would be a good move prior to releasing a fresh set of 9 hero cards. That or wait for any more hero cards until after Year of the Dragon is over.
At this point I want no nerfs just so all you ragers will hopefully leave this game and leave the people who understand the struggle; it's supposed to be a struggle, did you honestly miss that key aspect of this game?

You thought wrong. If you have to post another thread then it isn't you stating your opinions. It's you venting out your frustration, please use the salt thread for that purpose. We have MORE than enough "neRf X cArd bli$$arD REEEEEEEEE" threads. Thank you.
Also if it's the hottest shit to talk about nerfs right now then your admitting to being an attention whore... just saying.
EVIL Miscreant: zero reasons for this card to have stats above 2/2
Hagatha the Witch, Dr. Boom, Mad Genius, and Zul'jin: all three are very strong. Hunter already has DK Rexxar, a card on the power level of its own, but both DK Garrosh and DK Thrall are weak in Wild when compared to other most powerful Hero cards. So only Zul'jin "can" be touched, but how? Right now when Zul'jin is played, it's a very powerful turn for Hunter player and quite often a game over for his opponent. Zul'jin in a one-handed guy, right? So why not instead of gaining 5 armor, he loses like 10 health as a penalty for losing his arm?
If your playing an aggro deck and get brawled turn 5 then i have Zero sympathy. Brawl is there to help countrol decks stabilise against low ball aggro plays.

Pretty much.

how about a nerf on these threads

If you thought you knew what you think I know, then you'd know I knew you knew I know.
Sounds like people want to go back to pirate warrior days where you either won by turn 5 or you concede, lol.

Zilliax: fine as it is
Magic Carpet: no idea about this one, so i won't write anything
Archivist Elysiana: agree on 10 mana cost, but no reason to be 7/7. i think that 5/5 is more reasonable
Leeroy Jenkins: fine as it is
Preparation: don't touch this one, please
Brawl: fine as it is
EVIL Miscreant: zero reasons for this card to have stats above 2/2
