They said about a month from the set release. The release of the set was April 9. So, put May, 9 on your calandar for an estimated time of release. (I'm guessing May 7th as they often do updates on Tuesdays)
The long wait is annoying, I'll give you that. I was expecting a 2 week wait myself. But, it won't feel as bad with the next expansion as we will then be into the cycle.

How many wings do we have to buy to have them all? One for free and three for € or 700 gold each (2100 in total)? Or we have to pay for 4 (2800 in total)?
Should be free if it follows the pattern from previous expansions.
My guess is that we'll get the single player content 1st month of the expansion, the balance changes 2nd month, hall of fame replacement 3rd month so the game doesn't become stale.
