Are they part of Warcraft? they seem to have alot of cards referencing them in the game, but i dont understand who they are and why they are helping the league of EVIL
Hench clan Thug is a witchwood card and flavour test references hating the league of exploers, while the rest are shadow cards.
Hench Clan Thug was released during Witchwood and all other Hench Clan minions seem to be related to the Hagatha side of of things
I'm not sure they're directly associated with Hagatha. If nothing else, Hench-Clan Burglar is a Kobold and much more likely to be affiliated with Togwaggle.
Instead I think it is just a group, or clan, happy to be hired out as henchmen, and that is exactly what the League of EVIL has done: hired them.
It is notable the clan is a diverse group of the half-intelligent races: murlocs, gnolls, kobolds and quilboars (so far). I'm not sure if much can be inferred from that but I find it interesting.
I like to think of them as mercenaries. The ”Hench” Word suggest they have a similar role as lackeys but the fact that they’re described as a ”clan” makes it seem like they’re for hire, working for the highest bidder. Would love it if we would see a Neutral Legendary Hench-Clan mob boss figure in the next couple of expansions!

That would be awesome.
Hench-Clan boss: Battlecry: Summon 3 different Hench-Clan members and give them Rush.

what do you think?
I think they're just HAgatha's crew or something

I tried having fun once. It was awful.
I think Hench referes to Henchmen, which is something every evil mastermind have.
Nothing too specific I assume. In German it's translated with "Rüpelbande" meaning something like "bully gang".
Either that or they're just avid gym goers. Your guess is as good as mine.
Yes, I think this is the correct interpretation to make about their name.
Also they are all quilboars (a humanoid boar race) and they are normally bad/evil in canon Warcraft lore, as they were created by the old gods.

They are just like Pirate crews you can spot on Tiragarde's Sound in WoW, where you can find bunch of differents pirates clans
