I swear hearthstone players are so trash they take the entire turn timer to make a move 1 million other ppl have done b4. If only the turn timer could be set to perminant nozdormu speed, that is how long your turns should take. If you see the fuse go down more than once in a game, actually even just once, just delete the app because your deck is clearly too confusing for you and youre probably garbage
While I agree that people typically don't pay attention and waste a significant portion of others time, there is a particular thread this belongs in. Can someone help me with the title...
I got a feeling this man's favorite deck is Pirate warrior....
Some people actually like to think about their next step and make sure they're not wasting or throwing away cards they need now or could need later, the only issue I have with this is on the 1 - 2 mana turns and someone ropes me to the end just to pass or hero power..... with 1 mana... I feel you there, like... is it that hard to see if you got a blue circle with a 1 in it? ... Anything after that is free game though, take your time, I want to make sure I beat you (or lost to you) with you calculating the risks each step of the way.
If you Rope in the first 3 Turns I am going to BM you into oblivion when I kick your @$$. If you rope to make an obvious play I will BM you into oblivion when I beat you senseless. I cannot stand people who rope for easy decisions, gtfo out of the game.
They just need turbo tables like every card video game ever made. HS has literally some of the absolute worst GUI designers in modern day gaming history.
indeed. anyways i do understand that some times roping is nerve racking, specially if they do that every turn, and sometimes its to do the simplest of things, but ive learned to enjoy it, cause i plan my turn ahead of time unless they play something that needs an immediate aswner.
One thing to note tho, MTG Arena has a timer check and each time u rope u lose one of those until u get nothing and arent allowed to rope anymore.
It is the legal time that you are allowed to take your turn, I see not problem in using all of it. You don't know what people are thinking about. What's left in my deck that can help with this situation, what are cards that I can discover that would help, what's the most dangerous thing on the board that needs removal, what could my opponent have in his hand based on what he's played. If inaction is causing this much salt, it might be time to take a break.

man, I could not disagree more, I am just so annoyed, and you are so wrong, I am not even going to try. I will just leave you here as you are, but I will let you know that I strongly disagree with every thing, I repeat, everything you have said.

Rejoice, for even in death, you have become children of Thanos.
Every turn should take only 30 seconds - and the animation speed should be doubled. No more time is needed. And if some control players starting to cry "we need more time to hero power + emote on turn 2!": Start to think while it is your opponents turn too instead of watching netflix or youp*** while playing!
Blizzard should make a special stream lessons or youtube videos in which they explain the the only way hs should be played is with supa dupa 1000 IQ control/combo homebrewed decks and 30 minutes long match is a minimum time period that proves you're not braindead blah blah something etc.

explain how making normal turns 15 seconds seems fair...
I've said it before and I'll say it again. The game needs a fast-mode, or some kind option where players can pick fast-preferred, and if they get matched up against another fast-preferred player, turns are like 30 seconds max and the queue algorithm tries to match fast-preferred players
There's also a reason those 1 million other players don't have wait it takes to make it to HCTs. You gain nothing by taking turns quickly. However, you can make more misplays by not taking your time on your turns.
By all means play less optimally by rushing your turns in favor of Lil Timmy who has the attention span of a bean and cannot do something else while waiting for their opponent to take a longer turn.

I mean...I took get incredibly annoyed when people take way too long on ther turn, but you're being unreasonable.
Timers are short as is and it doesn't really help that animations are sometimes unreliable
some decks just take time to properly play
I tried having fun once. It was awful.
You only post this kind of salty shit, grow up.
Sorry can't here you over how much i outplay your shitty autopilot decks by using something with multiple possible uses for each card.
Take your pirate/zoo/token playing self to the salt thread, or just quit. Doubt anyone would miss you.
Hi i'm Tyler and I play hearthstone and watch anime.
Sometimes i make cards. I'd like to do that for a career one day if ever possible.
Wow, never play MTG Arena. You'll lose your mind.
