I'm not saying that Dr. Boom is OP, but calling him the weakest from all of the 3 is just nonsense. Imho the weakest is Zul'jin, because he is terribly slow and hunters lost a big portion of their minion summoning spells, but I guess control shaman decks don't have enough support and are countered easily.
As they didn´t put the DK´s (Jaina, Rexxar, Guldan) to HoF, there´s no need to put this one to HoF. Baku and Geen just were put to HoF because of the desinglimit. Just let Warriors have their year (or maybee less) of fame, as the others had before. Next year/expansion warriors may very bad, depents on what cards will be designed for them. One class have to be the best. If they would nerf this card or the hole class, there will be another class people complaining about and screaming for HoF or nerf.
So what is the compelling case to HoF Dr. Boom exclusively when all the other DK Hero cards haven't been added to the HoF? That is the premise of the topic, no?
For the Sake of Consistency. If they didn't plan to add more Hero Cards (they probably will tho), they should have HoF all of 'em.
I agree that Dr. 7 is not OP and does not deserve a Nerf. Hagatha is also fine. And Zul'Jin is borderline Op. But no other class has this mechanic available while before every class had it.
Except the talking point of the OP was only questioning whether Dr. Boom should go to HoF, the initial premise wasn't all Hero cards should be HoF, lol.
Maybe I'm wrong on this thought... but doesn't HoF selections only happen at the end of a "Year"? And if so, then why petition for this when Dr. Boom will just go to Wild with all the other Hero cards.
Or am I missing something here?
More to the point, the bit you are missing is that the Hall of Fame only ever refers to classic cards. There is no Hall of Fame for expansion-based cards. The only exception has ever been Odd/Even cards because they had an effect on the entire game and were an exception to the rule, not a "prescedent". Since Dr Boom does not have this same sort of effect, he will likely never be HoF'd. He could always receive a nerf (if Blizzard choose - pretty unlikely though, since he's not that strong anyway).
I'm sorry but this is just BS.

I feel like I may have said this before... ^_^
This thread should be closed. You can't HOF cards that are rotating the same year.
He isn't the weakest by far..
Control Warrior is 'top dog' in the current meta together with Token Druid and Mech Hunter.
I do feel favored against Token Druid and Mech Hunter.
He is pretty strong tbh. His 7 armour won me games.. He really creates tons of late game value.
the answer is very simple: NO!
