I love this game but it can be super freaking frustrating sometimes. I play Handlock and I face nothing but hyper aggro decks or Control Shaman. I Play summon mage and face all bomb warriors and murloc shaman. I play token druid and face all anti aggro decks. I play Bomb warrior and face all Handlocks. Every time I tech or switch a deck I just get hard countered by every opponent. Pretty much every opponent gets perfect counter plays and top decks and I keep getting forced into this win 2 lose 2 situation and never make any progress and it's beyond maddening. I've been 1 win away from the next rank floor like 5-6 times in the last 2 days only to get boned back down to the last rank. I play against friends who are higher ranks and beat them pretty consistently but since I didn't play much the last 2 months I'm mired back in this rank 17-16 cesspool of oddball deck inclusions, weird tech choices, and a meta that's impossible to tech against but always seems to counter me. Seriously how do y'all do it, I seriously need advice >_<
People at rank 16-18 make plenty of mistakes, they’re just not aware of it. And I talk from experience, every time I watched a rank 17 game the players played badly and think they played perfect. I’m sorry but if you can’t get past those ranks RNG isn’t the problem
Simple solution. Stop switching decks. Pick the one you want to pilot for a while--for whatever your reasons are--and stick with it for the whole day. If it's a competitive enough deck you'll get some streaks and rank up. You'll always perform better with a deck if you stick with it for a while. Staying with one deck will also help you see the patterns of what other people are playing and how they're playing much better than if you're distracted by all the switching. It's fine to have fun with different decks, but if you want to rank up just switch between them at a slower pace and just enjoy getting into a rhythm with one deck. Finding a rhythm that works for you is key to enjoying the game.
The moment I notice I am not having fun / I am starting to get angry on the opponent "lucky top decks" / I am focusing more on to not lose, than to have fun with the deck I am playing, that very moment I just go Alt + F4, c ya when I feel like it mode. And I must say, age helps as well. When I was a teenager, I got triggered easier, now I am 31yo and most of the "cheap taunts" from my opponents is not working. And I am working a lot, so I can't play that much and I try to really enjoy the free time, when I have it.

Yeah taking a break is the way. I actually usually take a break way before i start tilting. I lose couple of games in a row and just go and do something else... It helps not only the tilt but also meta shifts even from morning to evening so after break i will get different opponents and hopefully will do better against them
I have learned to switch to Mill or OTK decks, so that losing is taken for granted (even if it is not, in fact this will be your new mindset while piloting those decks), and winning just once feels as an achievement that purifies any tilt.*
Ofc this is recommended in Casual, unless you know how to pilot your stuff very well.
First of all, you have to stop considering all that you describe as a fact. It is not. Human mind has the bad habbit to remember mostly the bad situations.
Some people pointed (correctly) that you should not change decks that often. You have to "test" your deck for more than 10 games per day. By doing so you will actualy see the power of your deck.
Then there is the fact that you mind be playing poorly sometimes without understanding it. Try to see through this again and again.
Try change the hours that you are logging in. I know that this might not be easy due to real life schedule etc, but it is a solution sometimes.
Another way is to take a 10 minutes break and log in again. By doing so you will eventualy change the pool of players at your rank.
Last but not least, be patient! HS ladder demands it from all of us. If you see that a day in ladder is going wrong just retire for this day and log back in tomorrow with a more clear and calm mind.

@OP: easiest way is to simply not play HS but something where you have more control over what you can do. MTG comes to mind in terms of card games, though it can also be frustrating sometimes (yet much less than HS). If not, then i'm sure you can find games that actually make you happy instead of angry. There are enough bad things in the world anyway.

Not being a child that gets angry at a mobile game is my secreto.
