This Is not a complaint or anything of that sort,i am Just genuenly curious, what makes a Fast/aggro/face/whatever you wanna call It deck enjoyable to play for you,all i see as "the other guy" Is somebody that Just lobs Monsters at me until i stop moving but there must be something that encourages people to play It
Is It a lack of time from your side so you Need to play Fast games?
Is It Just because you want something to Smash your opponent quickly so you get a higher rank faster?
Is It something else completely?
Let me know below here, again I don't think aggro Is bad for the game,i am Just curious what drives people to It
Aggro is probably my second favorite archetype to play, combo is my favorite but I like midrange and control as well. I like the quick and efficient decision making. Time isn't much of a factor for me personally but it does feel nice to get multiple games in quickly. In a game where one crazy swing of RNG or just your opponent drawing the right card at the right time, it sucks to spend like 20 minutes and still lose "randomly".
The objective is to reduces to other players health to 0 so playing cards that are meant to do that quickly is fun. Getting a nice early game curve feels really good. Acornbearer is in my top 5 favorite cards from RoS.
If you've played WoW PVP, it's like playing a really bursty class that can kill you in one cooldown, but you need to set your window of success up.
It’s not my favorite but sometimes I’m in the mood for it. Really great for punishing mid range or greedy control decks.
Face decks played right never go pure face. A lot of times it’s about resource management with very finite resources. You normally will eek out a lot of wins by the skin of your teeth and it came down to smart trading or use of the resources. It’s not near as complicated as other archetypes but I find there are fewer but much more impactful decisions.
Depends on the game. In hs where everything is braindead and easy, smorcers choose smorcing for fun. In skill demanding games like magic, smorcers choose aggro because they cannot play anything else.
Quick games, quick decisions - and decisions that matters. "Okay, the guy might play this clear next round. What should I do to keep up the pressure?". Aggro vs aggro is all about making good and efficient trades. One bad decision and it's over.
People should learn to appreciate all aspects of the decks Hearthstone has to offer. Control, aggro, midrange, combo and meme instead of being a narrow minded control players: "I play a slow deck and that requires skill", well not really.

It's not always narrow minded control players, I play everything except aggro because I like to play a game further than turn 4
the people who say that aggro is braindead have probably never played much aggro. there are lots of decisions to make when playing aggro, it is not just "me hit face never trade play whatever small minions I draw and hope I get lucky". there are lots of decisions to make, such as resource management, when to trade, playing around AOE effects, knowing when to use your burst, and so on and so forth.
aggro is just another type of deck that people can enjoy.

Rejoice, for even in death, you have become children of Thanos.
Dude the real answer to this is that ppl who run aggro decks are noobs, or at the higher levels, try hards. They arent playing for fun. The noobs are playing it bc aggro decks are cheap on average. The tryhards are playing aggros bc its the fastest way up the latter and in theory means you could go the furthest down the latter bc its faster and you can pick up more wins. Either way, it sucks for the people who want to make their own decks and play ranked. I go undefeated on casual but i take a homemade deck and aggro decks are alqays there ruining the fun
If i ever run an aggro deck i make specific modifications to make it less lame, like putting in lorewalker cho to a call to arms deck. If you are running an aggro deck with the exact list from the internet, then you are trash im sorry but delete the app for the rest of us plz
1. It fits my play style. Playing control vs aggro basically comes down to 2 different play styles: proactive and reactive. I follow the tried and true philosophy of “play stuff so it’s in play”.
2. It’s less disappointing. Sure, you still get bad hands and lose to bullshit sometimes. But it don't lose games that you spent 20 minutes of your time playing. The results are more apparent, and the highrolls are more common.
3. It’s challenging. The idea that aggro is the inferior play style that relies solely on getting lucky is wrong. A good aggro player will beat a bad aggro player 80% of the time. A good aggro player will beat a bad control player 60% of the time. And the games that you pull out of your ass, like aggro rogue vs odd warrior, are so much more satisfying than just drawing your removal in time.

Honestly I run aggro to piss of these sort of people.

Because i prefer to do something during the game than waiting for my opponents to put some minions on board while wanking myself with my removals.
This
If i wanna play a card game, is because i wanna play cards, not hold them just waiting for something. That sad i prefer midrange, but aggro vs aggro is the most fun matchup in Hearthstone.
1. After 30 minutes of stupid control decks where you pull your hair out waiting for your noob opponent to even think about what they're going to play each turn because they're doing their homework while playing. Roping each turn and trying to play just before the timer runs out.
2. Some people are so greedy, why wait 30 minutes to figure out your opponent just stacked his deck with every huge threat he has, and no aggro defense.
3. What's better? Killing someone on turn 6? or 45 minutes later dying because of RNG?
Is there any difference in the level of intellect it takes to kill someone on turn 6, or wait for RNG and card draw to go in your favor?

You should get better at deckbuilding, obviously you don't know what aggro defense is.
I've been playing Control for several months but with the expansion I decided to switch for aggro, and it does feel very good to be the one setting the pace for once.
I like to play a variety of decks, and I think it's important to play them all in order to understand them and become a better player.
I think it's weird, and even foolish, when people identify as primarily control or primarily aggro. It's fine to lean a bit one way or the other, but to dismiss players of one type or the other as unskilled or immature or whatever is just petty and ignorant.

Frankly, it’s 3 things for me.

I actually think the most fun decks are the ones where you pass the first 8 turns. How can people not see how exciting that is.
gheghe, me too :D

I'd like to comment about this as well.
