I don't understand why Spell Hunter is still a deck in standard. The only reason to play no minions was because of Rhok'Delar and To My Side but they're wild cards now. So why run no minions except for nostalgia?
It's actually Malygos hunter, which is popular with streamers right now. I guess the HSReplay algorithm got confused because it runs very few minions for the Jepetto value
It's extremely surprising to see it at tier 2 right now. Combo decks are usually undervalued on stat-based tier lists like HSReplay because the general population is bad at piloting them. Combo decks are also the hardest to refine by far. If it's this good this early, maybe there's something worth noting here
HS meta report is just average win rate...nothing else. In two weeks it will be completely different. VS will likely release their actual meta report then. You should wait for their meta report if you want to netdeck.
a rogue with no healing, how is that meant to combo bomb warrior?
I play decks the same as this pretty much and bomb warrior is a menace. the only counters to bomb hunter actually out heal it or stack your own deck with so many cards, the bombs become useless. (so espionage rogue might work, warlock ruins bomb hunter right now as it has so much healing etc)

I've honestly not needed the healing thus far. I'm not drawing in to bombs, and killing them every turn while they are focusing on shuffling more bombs in to my deck. They've not been a problem in the slightest.

You must have had good luck then. bomb warriors tend to mess me right up. even when I think I'm gonna win they get like double or triple bomb in a turn and I'm dead.
it's an infuriating deck to play against. this is why I'm gonna try and build a heal warlock deck today. I just need to try and get rafaam. although I could probs build some kind of heal/control deck with existing cards, theres a few really cool looking lock decks right now, but they all require a bunch of legendaries from the most recent sets that I don't have.
I used to always have a stacked set for warlock, but as I switched my focus more to rogue and playing warlock in wild, I'm missing stuff from the past few sets.
in this particular context, the "meta" game is a paradigm that exists based on limiting factors such as "what is available to us" "what are people using most" etc, etc.
a tier system starts to develop in a competitive environment based on the variables introduced by the game and the players.
in turn players will then start to try and counter this. this is a meta and this is how it forms. it's basically a temporary state that is created directly by the players and their choices
There are a lot of ways the word is used, but in this case and in competitive gaming, this is what they mean by "meta state" or "meta game"
I'll put it into an example for you... "if player 1 decides to play X deck and X deck is smashing everything, then player 2 will then build Y deck to specifically counter player 1's X deck. Then player 2 is top dog and then player 1 must adjust again in order to counter player 2"
this is a meta, it is constantly evolving when there is room for it, or it becomes stagnant and then cards get nerfed.
I hope this makes sense. I tried to put it into words as best I could. the fact is that most people that say "meta" probably don't even know what it means themselves :D

Meta? What is meta? :) :) :)
