I have a completely serious question, is Standard fun now? I have not played Standard in almost a year because I was sick of not having answers to OTK crap and constantly facing Odd Paladin and Hunter.
Fun is subjective and you'll get a bunch of different answers. Personally, I think so, yeah. Others will not. Maybe have a go and see if it's your thing....?
In no way is this a big enough sample size to say there's even a meta, let alone what rules it. It's neat to have the stats no doubt, but it's been a day. It's just 'this is what has won the most in the last 24 hours'.
True. That said, I'm confident in saying that I don't see bomb warrior moving off that #1 spot.
This is the early meta, a lot can still change but it's looking like warrior won't be less than high tier 2 and that's only if everyone runs double oozes and other counters to warrior.
I don't know why people are freaking out and in denial that this is the meta. Yes, it's only been a day and the meta is not settled and will probably change drastically. That doesn't mean this isn't the things that are winning and these are the things people are playing, thats all these stats are for.
Bomb warrior is definitely going to stay a thing. The silly ass greedy version that focuses on nothing but spamming bombs will not last because people with play techs and counter queue, but the control version will probably stick around. Control warrior finally has a way to do pressure.
Token druid will probably stay around and will probably shape the meta along side control warrior.
Most of those tier 2 decks will probably be around. I'm sure there are other decks that will rise up after more experimenting/refining and after the meta is settled.
Sometimes I wish sites such as hsreplay, VS etc. didn't exist so that people actually get to figure things out. But hey, monkey see, monkey do.
Absolutely agreed. One of the many reasons I mostly switched to MTG Arena. There is no dusting so you're forced to make do with what you have, and it wasn't until I played MTGA a bit more that I saw just how bad dusting really is.
Making Angels work with not too many cards is a massive pain, but man, when I finally did it I felt like that deck was my flesh and blood.

there will definitely be a sort of tempo/miracle hybrid rogue as well either high tier 2 or tier one most likely. I just think things like Chef Numi and Togwaggle will end up being cut if the meta stays as fast as it is now.
I like playing fun over competitive though so will keep using these cards.

yeah Rogue is definitely the nuts. Pirate Rogue was already one of the best decks before rotation and it only lost a small handful of cards and gained some super strong ones. Rogue should be here to stay because that deck is already proven against OP ass Mammoth cards.
Don't think Bomb Warrior is going to stay #1, but it's definitely going to be tier 1 for the remainder of this expansion. It simply has way too many tools.
I don't understand why Spell Hunter is still a deck in standard. The only reason to play no minions was because of Rhok'Delar and To My Side but they're wild cards now. So why run no minions except for nostalgia?

I remember when early in The Witchwood, Odd Hunter was ruling the meta.
“Let your plans be dark and impenetrable as night, and when you move, fall like a thunderbolt.”

This is not permanent....HS Replay changes regularly...
Hahaahaha ofcourse Warrior has highest win rate because EVERY ONE is playing it. there has to be a winner if everyone play bomb warrior :D
R.I.P. odd hunter, in standard of course.
I'm not dead yet!
Of course it was the first craft for just about 90% of the player base. It's not hard to figure out which cards to put in this deck.

yes exactly this and look how that turned out, things change very quickly once new decks start to get refined.
Rumors are carried by haters, spread by fools, and accepted by idiots.
If you are struggling with bomb Warriors, try this.
I don't know anything about this meta other than it's really refreshing not to see that Baku animation to start each game.
Galavant Animation

Shhh. Let them all play warrior so that all tempo deck can arise.
haha, silly lilly OP - we´ll se amigo.
-let´s negotiate: you concede and I let you live...
