There is almost always some card I can't wait to dig into and build around. Trying endless combinations.
This time I just haven't found something that sparks my deckbuilding joy. Has this been the same for you? Or are you finding lots of fun ideas bouncing around your head?
If you are experiencing tons of fun ideas bouncing around would you mind sharing a bit so maybe I can jump on board?
I'm going to wait and see what my packs bring me before I start deckbuilding, but I can tell you that I am legit excited AF to start working on a thief rogue.
I'm excited for Smol Spell Tempo Mage, and Summoner Mage, Murlock Shaman, maybe some control Shaman, I'll try some form of Midrange Hunter, and any kind of Rogue I'm very pumped for. Thief and Miracle in particular.
I mean i've been theorizing some control warrior decks with the new "dirty rat" type cards, but i think there's just going to be too many combo decks for them to matter so idk, it's gotten pretty hard to play control lately, i'm just glad deathstalker rexxar is leaving

Those who are given more in life, must not cling to it, but risk it all at every moment!
Bomb Warrior has me excited. Bomb Shaman was a fun (but ineffective) deck, but warrior seems to have the right tools to work against both aggro and control for it to work.
The return of Secret Paladin and f--king murlocs, along with "summon multiple RNG big minions," has me thinking this isn't the expansion for me though. Seems like a lot of miracle play b.s. and aggro incoming.
Shaman going to murlocs pisses me off another way: I really thought the class was poised to go in a control direction. Instead, f--king murlocs. Glad I didn't waste dust on crafting Krag'wa along with the Shudderwock.
Very Excited that deathrattle priest is getting some support. I hope that the new cards at least increase my decks win rate to above 50%. Also very excited for pogo rogue and windfury shaman so I'm praying I open cards that will benefit those. I don't have a lot of packs coming my way as an F2P.
I played a homebrew deathrattle priest the last couple months. Its biggest problem was aggressive decks. This despite having 2 of the aoe 4 mana dragons, 2 corpse stealers, 2 mass hysteria and sometimes I ran 2 psychic screams. Still would usually just get overrun.
Priest loses the dragon and scream and my deck lost corpsestealer. Then they buffed a lot of aggro/tempo decks. I think priest is almost dumpster tier this season unless silence priest is good. (And I'm not playing Priest because I want to play a midrange deck like silence priest, I want to play control as a priest main)
I've never been a fan of playing rogue, but they do look the most fun right now. I'm even thinking that Vanish is going to be considered a top tier removal card in this wide board centric meta. (What I'm guessing)
I'm intrigued by the potential of Jepetto Joybuzz.
With Dollmaster Dorian and the new cards that enable you to reshuffle cards and redraw, there's bound to be something you can do with this... Haven't figured out anything earth-shattering so far though, aside from playing minions with powerful deathrattles.

I'm finding tons of ideas, here are the decks I want to try (so far):
Murloc shaman
Midrange shaman
Secret paladin (aggro)
Secret paladin (midrange)
Big warrior
Handlock
Freeze mage
Maly druid
have you figured out the new Warlock Otk deck yet that the devs said nobody would figure out for months after the expansion?
Where did the devs say this?

Quite the opposite for me. I've never been this hyped since KoFT, theorycrafted at least 10 decks already.

Very excited to handlock with rafamm

Wild or Standard?
Standard is going to unlock an entirely new meta. You just have to choose a class and try.
In Wild, i suspect there will be no new deck, but some of the old ones may actually jump in the high tiers.
Nah, not going to bother looking for unicorns this time.

I’ll try to make a control resurrect priest, mech warrior and heal druid
Duel! Portal Keeper Portal Overfiend Muckmorpher Dimensional Ripper are going to be a lot of fun to experiment. Also Archmage Vargoth and the infinite amount of synergy in every class.
