Secret Paladin perfectly existed in the form of midrange deck before, without Divine Favor. All you do is make the curve more late game oriented and use less cheaper cards so you don't run out of steam fast. Besides that the meta will be quite aggressive and you don't really need Divine Favor or card draw in general when fighting aggressive decks.
I think it might be tier 1, but as many people said it will be more midrange like, and replacing the draw of divine favor with Subject-9 and maybe witch’s cauldron and that 4-4/2 that draws a card whenever a friendly dies(sorry forgot the name). Also for the replacement to call to arms, I don’t think there really needs to be one, because everything is much weaker and less card choices so the deck can be strong without it.

I think it will be a midrange and aggro meta, against those kind of decks Paladin stands a better chance to be at the most a tier 2 deck, because the lack of Divine Favor really hurts the decks overall win rate against control and combo as well as I believe that Murloc Shaman and Token Druid can flood better.
Well I've been saving up my theorycrafting for when Rise of Shadows has actually released. But I think it might be good. My guess is a it'll be a mid-range secret pally (heck maybe even control secret pally if that's possible? I'm a sucker for heavy control decks) instead of an aggro secret rushy pally. Butttt my official deckcrafting is going to wait until the release. That way I stay excited just a tad longer :D
I'm going all in for Secret Paladin for the first few weeks anyway. I'll most certainly be playing a more mid range style deck like the old "Who Am I?" Style.
Not entirely sure how to go about it but I'll have time to tinker. I arrive back in the UK on day of release and the wonders of Jet Lag mean that I'll be bright and breazy at 3am for at least three days afterwards.

However I personally will use Countess Ashmore package for refilling in the late game. The package will probably consist of Tirion Fordring, Cairne Bloodhoof, Zilliax and for rush probably Hench-Clan Hogsteed, which I believe is a very underrated card, it is quite similar to Argent Horserider.

I totally agree with you. That's the way to go.
Here's my version, i think that's roughly the same as you.
