1. Jepetto Joybuzz. Very good value card when your deck has a lot of battlecries and deathrattles. Will be seen in a lot of decks (at least my decks).
2. Archmage Vargoth. I've seen enough cards that cheat out other cards to know that they're very powerful. Good in Mass Ressurect Priest.
3. Blastmaster Boom. Can potentially do a lot of damage especially if your opponent has no minions when they clear it. Not to mention the Bombs will do the rest of the job.
4. Barista Lynchen. Good value card, doubling Jepetto Joybuzz in some decks can be insane but I don't think it'll be broken enough.
5. Chef Nomi. I believe in the dream of turn 6 42/42 stats on board because Twisting Nether is 8 mana, Psychic Scream is rotating as well. Hard to clear unless you're Warrior or Shaman.
About Chef Nomi: How can You clear your deck on turn 6 ?
1) Blastmaster Boom is great on its own, but reaches 0-tier when combined with Dr. Boom, Mad Genius and all of the boom bots get rush. Honestly, I see this getting nerfed hard within 6 months.
2) Jepetto Joybuzz may not find a place immediately, but it will eventually be the key card that allows for a devastating and game-breaking combo.
3) Keeper Stalladris is a great utility card that has decent neutral stats and creates a ton of value. It's strength is that it can enable any druid deck with choice spells, which basically means that it can be shoved into any druid deck that isn't recruiting anything at 4 or lower cost with Oaken Summons.
4) Catrina Muerte is a big body with a powerful effect and one certainty in this game is that big priest will never die out completely. It may be weak right now, but as the coming expansions roll out and we get some new revive spells and priest AoE clears, I see this card becoming pretty dominant.
5) Tak Nozwhisker, when comboed with Academic Espionage and Preparation, is the most powerful ramp and draw card ever printed. Personally, I think that this card, in combination with the other support thief rogue has received, will enable the archtype to become an actually competitive deck.
Tak Nozwhisker - This could make Pogo-Hopper Rogue one of the strongest (and most annoying, for sure) decks in the new meta.
Kalecgos - Incredible effect with a body that's extremely difficult to remove. This could be nasty.
Commander Rhyssa - Secret Paladin is gearing up to dominate the meta, and this card greatly augments that deck and warrants instant removal the minute it's played.
Blastmaster Boom - Bomb Warrior has a lot of support (both in RoS and previous expansions), so this one's gonna be a blast to play!
Heistbaron Togwaggle - Extremely powerful battlecry that's pretty easy to trigger. I'm not sure what Rogue shell it'll fit best in, though.
Lucentbark - This one's potential to annoy is significantly high.
Catrina Muerte - This was close to cracking top 5, but I don't really know what the ideal minions it could resurrect are. Definitely a terror in Wild, though.
Finally, an expansion, where all the revealed legendaries are looking somewhat playable. No below trash tier legendaries, like Duskfallen Aviana or Harbinger Celestia. Maybe Blizzard finally hears our complaints?

I wonder why does anyone consider Lucentbark being good?
because you can copy it with floop + faceless then revive multiple lucentbarks
