I've never regretted dusting any of my cards after rotation. If standard is your thing, then you go do your thing. Admittedly, the ratio of dust you get back is really poor, but if you're certain you're not going to play wild, it's still better than 0.
At the very least don't dust the best cards. You may want them again. A few of the less good ones may become good one day, but the risk is low and the ability to just recraft them is there.
So, if you had used a card quite a bit, I'd keep it. If you saw it played quite a bit, keep it. Otherwise dust away.
Many players who disenchanted Wild cards regret it later. The return on your dust is so low; it's just not worth it. By keeping your Wild cards, you'll get better access to a different meta & an advantage in Tavern Brawls in the future. If you must dust, just get rid of duplicates (of cards that are unlikely to be nerfed) or perhaps golden cards if you don't care about cosmetics.

I strongly would recommend you, not to disenchent the cards. Maybe you will regret this in 5 years, when Wild could be something completly different.
Also, (I dont know how your big collection is, but anyway), even if you still think, its best to disenchant everything from Un'guro, there is still no need to do it immediatly after the expansion launches, because during the first two weeks, there will be no meta anyway. Since you will also receive the Hall of Fame Dust, maybe you wait some weeks and then, maybe disenchant the cards that are safe to disenchant, when you are sure, that the cards you want to craft are really good.
Dust em all and start over. And this is coming from a wild player only or 90% of the time plus arena. They are plenty off cheap budget wild deck that can help u beat wild meta decks like secret mage, shaman or pally therefore you will get as much dust as possible if u still wanna play standart or even give wild a chance. Also a lot of the good teck cards in wild already been rotated (rat, boom, p of polymorph etc) so if u wont even need the ones u own right now anyway.
Wild is all about trying new things and cards u never try before why would u keep playing the same decks over over again with so many card choices available?
I would recommend never dust card unless you need immediate dust to craft something. Then consider which cards will never see play and dust them first. Otherwise you WILL regret.
Mass-dusting only makes sense for excess cards, which have no function and usefullness. Actually even for these I would recommend to not mass-dust them, as there is always a chance that with a nerf, any excess card which gets nerfed will earn you 4x dust.
You should only punctually dust cards, when you actually need the dust for crafting a card you need. And the sequence then should be:
1) Excess cards
2) Gold cards in Wild (for which you have the corresponding regular cards)
3) Gold cards in Standard (for which you have the corresponing regular cards)
4) Really bad (Tier 4) regular cards in Wild
3) Really bad (Tier 4) regular cards in Standard
4) bad regular cards (Tier 3) in wild
5) bad regular cards (Tier 3) in standard
You get the point.
Then also, I would recommend not to craft cards in the first month of a new expansion which would require you to dust cards, as the meta is still settling and you don't really know if this is a Tier1 card.
To all people who say "I will never need wild cards since I will never play wild" I can say: Never say never. Nobody has a crystal ball and knows what is happening in the future. So it is always best to be prepared, and I believe and there is almost certainly a time where you would want to try wild, because standard cannot always be so super that there will never be the temptation :-)
** OMFG** READ THIS!!!!
THEN READ IT AGAIN!!
Even if you have looked into the future and know that you will never **EVER** have a single use for a single wild card forever and ever, even in brawls and other events, DO NOT MASS DISENCHANT!
There is literally no reason to do so, because cards don't go down in value.
I consider all of my wild cards as 'options' for dusting. They are low in consideration copared to most other cards, but they ARE on the list. Thus I technically have 32,000 dust on tap. The 'bad' cards of Standard are also part of this (though not part of the 32k quote)
I treat it like y bank. I have in my 'saving's account' 32000 dust that I can pull at any time, but don't want to unless I need it. It's my emergency fund. The duplictes and gold cards, meanwhile, are my 'short term savings'. My standing dust meanwhile is my free cash.
Thus whenever I come cross a deck I want to make but don't have the cards for (I never craft a card standalone. It has to be the point whe nI'm making the deck and go "oh, I need this card") If I have free dust Il'l just craft it without a care.
If I don't have the dust then I go "Will this be a deck I really find interesting?" It doesn't have to be powerful but it has to be something I want for more than just a whim. If I do want it, I'll dust my goldens and duplicates THEN and buy it.
If I can't buy it at that point then go "will this be helpful in the long term?" Is this going to be a deck that I use for a moment then probably stop playing after a while? Is this a card that will work for mjuultiple decks? Do I fear this card won't be usable come the next expansion/rotation? Isn't there another deck I could make instead that doesn't require this dust and be just as interesting? This is the spot when I have to decide again "do I WANT this card?"
If I still say yes, then I'm dusting. first the 'bad' standard cards, then the 'bad wild cards', then on down dusting until I have the dust I need. As you can guess, There's a lot of cards that I've been interested in that eventually I go "I don't need it that badly" Thus why I have most of my wild collection.
I recommend you guys work the same way. You have nothing to gain for having 10,000 dust in your pocket and a lot of temptation to craft a lot of cards you won't care for in a month.
And when you really think about it, exactly HOW many decks do you really REALLY need to enjoy this game?
Looks like I've been playing since 2014 and I've been dusting my cards since the whole wild/standard thing happened. So far I don't regret it because I get to play more often with cards that are applicable to the current meta.
I always take the approach of "meh, I probably won't be playing this game if I start having a bad time with it". No reason to take anything seriously.
That being said, I only dust when I need the dust and when I see nerfs.
Side note, unrelated to rotations: I also always dust nerfs, even if they're in standard. Simply because I can re-craft them for the same price.
Hey everyone, OP said he was dusting it all regardless because OP has no desire for Wild. Quite trying to up-sell, answer the question, and move on. No there is no mass disenchant. My suggestion is do it slowly across the last week before rotation.
you can filter your collection to show only one of the rotating sets and then disenchant all of the cards without having to check every card for which expansion it was released in. there is no mass disenchant for wild sets though
This will be my first experience with a rotation. I don't play wild and have no desire to ever do so so I will be dusting all cards from the 3 expansions rotating out. Is there a way to do this efficiently or do I have to slog through 1 by 1?
I wouldn't do that if I were you. Please thing this through. You will get only 1/4 off your cards value and there is no turning back
There needs to be a sticky "do I disenchant wild cards?" this question is asked twice a week or so.. once every day in april.
the answers are always the same and they are right, as a new player it might seem appealing but you don't gain much return from it and wild is a legit format.
Did you have to go in & manually disenchant each of your Wild card? If so, I hope this will help you next time around... I found this workaround in another forum.
1) Install AutoClickExtreme 2) Select Wild 3) In AutoClickExtereme click Record, then disenchant the first card twice, and then stop the recording (If you have more than 2 copies, you might want to click the button more times) 4) Set something like 100 repetitions and click Play 5) Sit back and say goodbye to Wild

I dusted the first rotation set. Gvg, Blackrock, Nax ect.
Whilst I don't regret it per ce, I have at times wanted to just mess about with some of those cards again.
On the flip side, it pretty much set me up with dust for life and I haven't gone below 10k dust since that day.
I have not done it since because old gods cards are pretty good and I may want to play real quest priest again one day.
