The roping was annoying, but its not her fault, she has to talk and stuff and cant just play along. The real issue here were the plays. I was screaming like a little boy every turn.
Invite her as a commentator and bring guys like Kripp, Thijs etc. who know how to play and can maybe give some thoughts on the cards.
the only "ok" thing about the stream was peter and i've seen a better job from him as well. other than that it was really bad, skipped through the first 20minutes of talking and ended the stream after the 3rd game, i just couldn't handle the built up rage having to endure this endless roping and nonsense banter anymore. turns out a 3 people reveal stream is a very bad idea, way too much talking and it took forever.
I didn't think it was that bad but to be fair I was doing other things and only really started listening when a new card was shown. Feel kinda bad for paladin though, not a single card yet.
This pretty much, however the roping did bother me at times. They definitely could have upped the pace. Some mentioned constant missplays but I didnt pay attention to that however, considering she had talk through a lot of it, maybe it was harder for her to stay focused and with having not so much time each turn (due to all the talking) she has less time to decide what to do?
Here's what I would do, if I were Supreme Dictator of the Universe -
Only have people on camera who are comfortable being on camera.
Front-load card reveals and discussion at the beginning of the stream - plenty of people don't care about gameplay, and just want to see the cards.
Only play one game, with a pair of decks each crammed with newly revealed cards. They might need to reveal more than a dozen cards at the beginning of the stream in order to cram a pair of decks with new content, but that's great too. As it is, most livestream decks currently feature only two or three or four new cards, while one of yesterday's decks didn't feature any new cards at all. It hardly seemed worth two hours of streaming . . .
Keep it short and concise, rather than long and rambling - twenty cards can be revealed and briefly discussed in forty minutes, probably less, and a single game with new cards can be played in twenty.
Definitely bad, and the top candidate to the worst ever.
Long introductory discussions are a waste of time, boring. Devs underlining and telling what card they like sounds unbearably fake, why not doing it with an external streamer? Gameplay MUST be entertaining, possibly wacky, otherwise bare showing of cards is better.
And all the above is OBVIOUS. How can they not understand it?!?
It feels they are losing their touch with the community.
And if this is telling of the average quality of the new expansion, it will be the beginning of the end, this time for real.
I got two beers and almost funnel cake. It was okay. I checked the cards at discord, because the few moments of the stream I saw was not fun. But hey, no other Ben Brode means the Blizz had to step up the efforts, so lets say it is the base level.

If you think you wasted 2 hours of your life, you should have known this going in that they would be messing around with new cards and doing a lot of talking. It's your own fault for tuning in when you should have skipped your way through it later on.
I want this guy back or someone similar for God sake, I would spend 24 hours per day of my life just watching at him laughing live!!!
If you think last stream was an example of how a real one should be, well, you obviously know nothing about entertaining Jon Snow...
It’s clear for these things they seriously miss Ben Brode.
Should stick with 1 developer either Peter Whelan or Mike Donais and one streamer/pro. I like Cora for casting but she doesn’t really have the skill or the charisma for this type of on the fly type thing, I think a bigger streamer would be better.
Not testing the special stream build of Rise of Shadows was a big mistake. The whole no lackey generation was a school boy error in quality control.
3 people led to too much chat during turns. They said we wanted to see game play then just talked and roped every turn and the talking always led to terrible plays. This was super fustrating.
My main issues
- stream was too long, boring, without fun
- bad plays, talk instead of play
- technical issues
Why don’t they prepare a video in advance and then just show it?

I just turned it off, and came back to hearthpwn to see the cards... Easy

please don't let chris do these streams anymore

Stream killed my hype

I watched maybe 5 minutes of it and closed the app. Was boring.
This was very very stupid and lame. I would like to punch them in the face all day long... like very hard...
Just boring stream

Overall not good.
I fell asleep during stream and woke up at midnight
None of the presenters were great, but I didn't think Cora was any worse than the community manager. The whole thing just fell flat.
I still haven't woken up. I am hoping the next card stream reveal is more exciting and wakes me up.
I didn't even watch the stream and I can say it was extremely bad.
