I think that the EVIL League will win in this expansion, and they will get the magical city of Dalaran and that is because they said that all expansions will be connected so I think that the bad guys will win in Dalaran and in the second expansion attacking something else with some new support and in the third and final expansion the evil will be finally defeated and the good guys will win like they always do. Also I think the next expansion might be in Vashj'ir ( Abyssal depths) because in the announcement of Rise of Shadows Dave said that it is going to be a trilogy that will take us from flying cities to ancient depths. What do you think about this? 

I'm really not sure. It depends on whether or not you play as or against the league of E.V.I.L. in the solo adventure content. If you play against them, they'll most likely end up not getting Dalaran. If you play as them, I think you will.

Why release 2 more expansion in the same storyline if there is a winner already?

Not to mention, did anyone win in previous expansios? I think the games played will determine the winners, the expansion is only a backdrop.

I think the villains will win because its part of a trilogy and it’s called RISE of shadows which would be wierd if the conflict between the good and bad would just end with the hero’s winning. Cause then we would be left with 2 future expansions with no real continuation, of cause they could bring a whole new team of villains to do something else, but I doubt it.

Pretty good scenario in my opinion (at least it's kinda interesting and fresh in terms of plot). You also might be right, considering we will play as villains in the new adventure/solo mode. 

As far as I know, Evil will always triumph, because Good is dumb. ;)

Win is the wrong word. Succeed in the heist?

I give the League of Evil a 90% of getting what they came for.

It's either

Heist Success => Aftermath and Heroes gather =>  Final Battle

Heist Fail => The BBEG emerges and wins => Final Battle

 Yeah i can agree, but if they succeed they basically won that battle but yes of course doesn't mean they won the war. 

Edit; And yes they are planning to heist the city not conquer it but if they succeed in that they basically won.

The heist seems like obtaining the means to get what they really what.

Only Togwaggle is after money. Dr. Boom, Hagatha, and Lazul are after something else. There might b a second heist or location.

The fact that this is a heist instead of a straight up battle for Dalaran leads me to believe that they will get whatever they are looking for, kinda like in LoE where Rafaam takes the Staff of Origination and you then have to fight him to get it back.

And since the announcement mention only 2 locations (flying cities and ancient depths), I think the first 2 expansions will be about E.V.I.L. gathering powerful artifacts/recruiting powerful allies and then the 3rd expansion being an all out fight.

I'm also hoping that we'll get some more returning villains in the other expansions like Kel'thuzad and his minions, Nefarian, and Malchezzar. Maybe getting Ragnaros on the hero's side would be fun too.
