That's weird. Now im wondering if i was just tired, playing late and missed something. I recall seeing freezing and x trap go off before he attacked with doom but the highlight looks different.
The act of a minion attacking triggers Freezing trap. Once that attack is to face, then Explosive would trigger next If it attacks one of your minions, then just Freezing triggers.
I believe this is how it works.

This is wrong. Secrets trigger in order of play.
TBH, I really never paid to much attention to the order, I will now. Thanks for the information.

Try playing freezing trap before misdirection just to have misdirection trigger first, doing literally nothing other than wasting a secret. That’s happened to me several times and it never gets less obnoxious.
Can’t complain too much, though. We don’t have to pay for bug fixes or gameplay logic corrections so there really isn’t any incentive for Blizzard to put effort into them.
@horkinger No they do not. Secrets in the same “class” of triggers will often be activated in the order they were played, but this is not necessarily the case in every instance. Assuming they did always behave in this manner, secret mechanics continue to be the gameplay aspect that most needs attention - even the most simple priority system for secrets would fix many of the current issues (including possibly providing a weak nerf to secret hunter without killing it, which would help Blizzard not nerf a class to death every time they try to even out the game), however, that would require introducing a legitimately new gameplay correction, which is, admittedly, a little more difficult than changing a single digit on a handful of cards that too many people whined about

The annoying thing I experience when i first played a secret hunter deck. You just cant play those two at the same time. I think misdirection has priority over explosive as well so if opponent attacks face with a 5/2 rager, the rager will target something else but then die before actually attacking.
