I'm guessing we still have 3 more scheme cards that will be revealed: Warrior, Warlock, and Priest. What do you think their text will say? Here are my guesses.
Warrior -- Dr. Boom's Scheme: 4 mana, Gain 2 armor (Upgrades each turn!) -- (+2 armor per turn) Makes sense for Warrior and fits with the idea of Dr. Boom constructing a fortification over time.
Warlock -- Rafaam's Scheme: 3 mana, Summon a random 1 cost Legendary minion (Upgrades each turn!) -- (+1 mana per turn, capped at 10) Fits with his battlecry and maybe his staff's power.
Priest -- Madam Lazul's Scheme: 6 mana, Take control of an enemy minion that costs 1 or less (Upgrades each turn!) -- (+1 mana per turn, capped at 10) Priesty.
If you look at the background art, it's Rafaam summoning a bunch of imps. So I think Rafaam's scheme is summoning Imps. Only problem with that is there's a limit to how many you can put on the board. Maybe you put the remaining amount in your deck? Or maybe you summon 5 imps, and each turn they're health/attack goes up by 1/1? Anyway, it sounds interesting.
LOL , the Priest scheme would be so stupidly strong. I don’t think Priest needs more removal. Maybe it will be a healing spell for your characters ofc.
Yeah I guess the fortune teller theme would fit with Thoughtsteal. The one I thought of is too OP, but a Thoughtsteal one wouldn't give you much value for waiting. As for Rafaam's I hope it's not summon 5 5/5 imps on turn 5.
I was wanting a res effect for the Priest one. Maybe cost it 9 or something then res a random minion each turn it's in your hand. But, the thoughtsteal one does seem more likely.
Then again, they are loving 1/1s for Priest so maybe something with that. Maybe...
Priest Scheme 5 Summon (1) 1/1 copy of a friendly minion that died this game. Goes up by one each turn.
I feel like Warrior will be a little more complex than just armor stacking (otherwise we'd just end up in a meta where warrior mulligans for this every game and plays it for huge armor gain down the line to effectively become unkillable by anything other than infinite value decks, which sounds really toxic.
Since it's going to be a Boom Scheme I suspect it might involve mechs or explosions. Maybe 6-7 mana summons boom bots?
Paladin: +1/+1 (2/2, 3/3, 4/4 etc.) attack/hp to all minions in hand
Warrior: +2 (4, 6, 8 etc) armor
Warlock: return 1 (2, 3, 4 etc.) discarded card to hand
Shaman: Return 1 (2, 3, 4 etc.) murloc that died this game to the battlefield
Priest: silence and destroy 1 (2, 3, 4 etc.) random opponent minion
Mage: deal 2 (4, 6, 8 etc) damage
Hunter: Summon 1 (2, 3, 4 etc.) random beast companion
If you take a look at the Blizzard post, only the evil classes (Priest, Rogue, Shaman, Warlock & Warrior) have Schemes. The remaining classes are the Defenders of Dalaran, and they have the new Twinspell Keyword.

The issue is a scheme has to be something that won't autowin or break the game if it upgrades for 10+ turns. Almost all of warrior's themes are broken with unceasing upgrades.
Memedeck-seeker. Always tries to build new decks. Hates tournements, streamers, netdecks and poor-o players. ah, but a tournement mode could be great !!!
Ethereals are known for dealing with spells (Arch-Thief Rafaam gives you a 10 mana spell, Ethereal Conjurer let you Discover a spell, Ethereal Arcanist synergize with secrets) so in general all ethereals synergize with spells in a way or another.
Boom's Scheme maybe let you summon boom bots? like 5 mana or 4 mana summon 1/1 boom bots, because Boom got nothing with armor gain.

you might be right in generally. and also might be right about boom too.

Any other ideas?
I think Regiskilbin might have hinted at Rafaam's Scheme in his new video:

Priest I’m guessing will be a thoughtsteal type mechanic. More cards every turn. It has that fortune teller flavor.

Priest Scheme
5
Summon (1) 1/1 copy of a friendly minion that died this game. Goes up by one each turn.
Galavant Animation
Blizzard Scheme: raises the price of preorder bundles by $10 for each turn this card is in your hand.
I feel like Warrior will be a little more complex than just armor stacking (otherwise we'd just end up in a meta where warrior mulligans for this every game and plays it for huge armor gain down the line to effectively become unkillable by anything other than infinite value decks, which sounds really toxic.

I tried having fun once. It was awful.
Paladin: +1/+1 (2/2, 3/3, 4/4 etc.) attack/hp to all minions in hand
Warrior: +2 (4, 6, 8 etc) armor
Warlock: return 1 (2, 3, 4 etc.) discarded card to hand

I haven't read that.. evil classes, lol.
Dr. Boom: 1 Mana Gain 2 Armor
Lazul's: 1 Mana Restore 4 Health.
Rafaam's 1 Mana Deal 1 damage to a minion. lifesteal

Whirlwinds, weapon buffs, attack buffs, card draw, rush and charge, Taunts.
All but Armor gain and single target removal is fair if the value is 10+.
Lazul is impossible beacause of Auchenai Soulpriest and Auchenai Phantasm.
and armor and heal amounts cost same so they both might be 1 mana +2 armor/heal or +4 armor/heal
Might be for only friendly characters, tho.
And rafaam's might be like a jade golem for demons like "Summon a 1/1 imp" , 2/2 for next, 3/3 etc.

ah, but a tournement mode could be great !!!
Druid Scheme -
Choose One: Summon 1 1/1 Jade Idol; or shuffle 1 copy of this into your deck. (Upgrades each turn!)
The next upgrade would of course summon 2 jade idols, or shuffle 2 copies. I think that would be the perfect fix to make Jade Idol actually playable.

i don't think the schemes will have basic themes.

I think Boom's scheme could be 'Summon 1 random mech' (Upgrades each turn!)
Shōsei
Ethereal Peddler
but well, Nexus-Champion Saraad is also an ethereal. so;
you might be right in generally. and also might be right about boom too.

Lazul is an old god Representative, so this is my thought:
the upgrade basically increase the random minion's cost.
Heal to a friendly minion.
And upgradable is too powerful as well.
also the Lackeys are 5 tokens, 1 for each villain, the ethereal lackey that represent Rafaam let you Discover a spell.
