The Fortune Teller very clearly says that Dr. Boom is the last one (twice no less). I bet the final card is the place they're robbing, leading to the full expansion reveal.
I don't think we get loch king. Would like to see 2nd nefarian maybe as hero. And raffaam wasn't the only 1 villain. Kt is big no aswell. A d there is slight chance we get someone completely new.
Since they went with all the other expacs in recent years, going to say that the next teaser will be for the upcoming expansion or could be for the most recent one - R's Rumble. Not that there was one big bad - so going to say it will be for the upcoming one so more of just waiting for the xpac reveal at this point.

Seriously, did no one pay attention during the video?
The Fortune Teller clearly says that Boom is "the last one [she] summons". The last card could be the one that called for the Fortune Teller herself (remember from the first teaser that she "answers the call"). The last card is probably will be flipped in the final reveal of the expansion. The big bad will probably show up and explains their evil plan to rob something from Dalaran or break someone out the Violet Hold. That's my guess.

The last one who have to be summoned. The other one is already there (praise Yogg)
These videos are not expansion related, and simply a teaser for year of the dragon. The next person after Dr. Boom will be King Rastakhan. They are simply showing how Year of the Raven started (during K&C) and ended (during RR).
the point is simply that even set that were rotating out with year of the raven, were still apart of the teaser. Just as Togwaggle seems to be throwing everyone off because he will rotate out during year of the dragon.

Only if you ignore literally everything being said. The whole series is talking about how the Fortune Teller is assembling a team, and about how each of the members have lost something and want to get it back. All evidence points to this being an in-universe gathering for some nefarious purpose.
Also, why open with a character from Whispers of the Old Gods then?
The fortune teller isn’t a character in whispers of the old gods. She only belongs to the trailer, and exists in the same part of Hearthstone that Stonebrew the Innkeeper does. Heck she’s in the tavern! Assembling a team can mean anything and nothing, it means as much as the word NEW that everyone misinterpreted to be NOT Hagatha. Yet, everyone here would rather focus on what they want instead of using history and clues to piece together what these teasers all mean. Nothing in any of the teaser videos say that these videos are about the next expansion.

Triangles and the color purple feature prominently in both. Compare the card backs from the teaser with the pack graphic from the single player content announcement, for example. And there are plenty of other triangles in the teaser in less obvious places.

The last one summoned. The 5th card is one who has summoned them all.
If you think about it all the current villians are separate from wow lore, that often operate by themselves (not including their minions). So the lich king, kel'thuzad and nefarian would have no reason to join this team as they already have ally's. Whereas raffam is like the others so far. A single force of evil destroyed by hero's. Due to this if there is another villians it will be raffam. Madam Goya is also a possibility as her bodyguard is featured as a henchman hero. Also can we establish that since she's in the back of the tavern, all these big bad villians have to walk through the tavern to get to her. I really want the innkeeper to walk in and ask if they want anything. Next villians is the innkeeper confirmed.

Has the fortune teller found a chair big enough for an old god like Yogg? If you go to the 0:02 minute mark, you will see that all of the 4 chairs are human-sized. If Yogg manages to sit on one of them, that would be very impressive.
My money's on it being someone like Medivh or Kazakus.
Remember that this expansion appears to be set heavily in the realms of magic - I remember something about Dalaran (or similar) being mentioned somewhere.

The Fortune Teller / The King / The Witch / dr. boom / the last one ?
?
The Fortune Teller - whispers of the old gods
The King - kobolds and catacombs
The Witch - the witchwood
dr. boom - the boomsday project
----------------------------------------------------
And the last one ?
the lich king - knights of the frozen throne
nefarian - blackrock mountain
kel'thuzad - curse of naxxramas
arch thief rafaam - league of explorers
I guarantee it'll be the most obvious, lame choice you can think of

Could also be Malchezaar, coming without being invited.

Her card was from the very first video, in the one that teased Togwaggle. It was a crystal ball.

if you go back to year of the raven teaser image, you’ll see a representation of all the card sets that existed in standard when year of the Mammoth started, and when year of the Mammoth ended. (Whispers of the Old Gods, One Night in Karazhan and Mean Streets of Gadgetzan, Journey to Un'Goro, Knights of the Frozen Throne, Kobolds and Catacombs)
