I 've been in legend multiple times, and i have never thought for more than thirty seconds,i always know my play right away, and pretty much my opponents...
Some decks do require thinking and some a lot of it...But not all,and especially not top tier decks at this time of age...
I'm not talking about roping. I'm talking about taking 20 seconds to make a play that should take 4 seconds.
The decisions in this game are not usually complex, especially when your opponent has zero or one minion on the board. Gain some self confidence, and just play already.
When you wonder why other players seem to win a lot more than you do... stop and take note of the fact that it's probably because they actually think about not just this turn, but the next 2-4 turns or so after this one. If you're taking your turn in just 4 seconds, you are definitely not thinking far enough ahead. Your game would improve considerably if you slowed down and stopped being so impatient. It's literally killing you... (Gamewise)
I reach my ranked goals every month, and my win-rate while climbing seems entirely based on my choice of decks, not on my choices of actions while playing.
Then it is logical that the decks you are having more trouble with would be ones that you are not taking the appropriate time to strategise. If you learned this skill then your ability and winrate with the decks that you find harder would naturally increase.
What?! I mean blaming netdecking is just... meh. Yeah have meta decks too and what ?
Ppl cryin in this site because they dont like something in the game. Just play something else or whatever you want. Its your choice u are not predestinated to do this lel.
1) Isn't someone entitled to voice their opinion without being labeled a crier? 2) Can't we like the game AND voice issues we have with it? 3) Isn't it your choice to waste your time responding to people you have issues with? You ain't predestined to to do this either dbl lel :)
Could not agree with the OP more. My and the irl people I know who play Hearthstone refer to them as SPFs (slow playing fucktards) and they are the most frustrating and annoying part of this game. So aggravating, if you need to go to rope each turn in a card game where you have 1 - 7 cards you have some serious cognitive issues.
I've long thought that the amount of time should be cut at least in half, quite frankly it's ridiculous. To say nothing of the fact that combos such as exodia mage go on forever way past the already far too long amount of time players have.
Yup. I have asked a few of them and one of them was just "taking his time", another did apologize stating that it was because he was doing something else at the same time.
So either you're being incredibly rude and disrespectful of other player's time or you're just a fucking moron. They absolutely ruin this game at times however.
It's really bad when you're about to lose because you know they have lethal but don't want to concede. Some people take like 20 seconds to activate one hero power or play one card that kills you. Sometimes they even hover a card for a little bit as if they are trying to think when the obvious play is right there. And no, it's not rank 25 or whatever. This happens at all ranks.
The sheer entitled ranting of some people on this thread is hilarious. If you're that triggered by someone taking their time to think about each turn, then Hearthstone isn't the game for you. Perhaps try Tetris or something on your ADHD level like that.

If you take 75 seconds for a turn you really don’t need to take that long. You should know what to do, you will just be facing another netdeck lol.
how much hearth could a hearthstone stone if a hearthstone could stone hearth

I don't mind if my opponent uses all of their turn time. Phones ring, babies cry, doorbells buzz, dinner starts to burn - that's life.
My opponent is probably busy with real life. Most people have kids, spouses and such. I'm pretty understanding about being roped.
When they consistently rope, I rope back. When they spam emotes, I spam "Thank you." And then I laugh at the silliness of it all.
Good Luck and Happy Gaming! <3
