Let's assume for a moment that the Year of the Dragon will actually bring about a dragon meta, specially with the recent rumors that the (possible) leaked name of the first expansion is Dawn of the Dragons.
What classes have had a strong dragon kit before? Which ones do you see becoming playable soon?
I'm hoping good ol' Dragon/Control Priest is viable, perhaps with a new touch/win condition outside cards like Mind Blast. I also hope DragonWarrior might become stronger as it already received a bit of support with Rastakhan's dragon kit, and cards like War Master Voone sees more play, I've already been playing him in a deck and it's fun to get out big dragon bois out en mass with The Boomship or just get doubles of Ysera out with Voone.
hope for finally a decent dragon paladin support they print one dragon paladin card per year.. hope also for another take on dragons like magnetic on mechs
Dragon Warrior is already confirmed, they gave so many dragon synergy cards to Warrior in RR. Priest has always been good with dragons and maybe we finally see a good Dragon Paladin deck.
Dragon Warrior will be the strongest. Dragon Roar and War master voone vomit too much value, and they also have Dr.Boom for even more value. If the class have a class Dragon with Rush next expansion then Dragon Rush Control will be totally bonker because we can combine 2 archtype Rush and Dragon in the same deck which can totally control the board early and pump out big dragon after another late game
Dragon Druid used to be pretty good before the first Standard rotation, but it does not have anything going for it right now.
Dragon Shaman looks possible. Shaman has Hagatha and Shudderwock as value engines, and they need minions, preferably with Battlecry effects, to be used effectively, and with most Elementals going away, Dragons offer some potential.

I’ve got my fingers crossed for more Dragon Hunter support. The Witchwood gave Hunter two dragons seemingly for no reason, so hopefully they’ll become viable. Paladin seems to be in a similar situation.

Calling it right now, Priest is going to get some dope Dragon cards since the class is losing everything good this rotation.

I personally, am sick of priests. so I, personally, dont want priest to get good cards this year.
Rejoice, for even in death, you have become children of Thanos.
dragons for everyone i dont care, all i want is more pure control decks, no more OTK and combo decks, no more heavy aggro.
I hope that dragon priest will not be viable. Because I like dragon priest, and I do not want to play something that is "meta".

Get over yourself.
Dragon priest has always been fun, if they give it too much support it might get out of hand in wild is the only thing I fear for.
i hope you're right
