That's the troll from Whispers of the Old Gods, right? Maybe the Twilight cult is trying to summon back the Old Ones through rift time portals, and the dragons of Nozdormu are trying to get us to help them. This could tie all the three expansions together through the year

 well, there was Mecha'thun, so their could be potential in that. still really just kind of guessing though, we don't know for sure.

Maybe they will finally rotate the old sets in the game, maybe....

 it's only a teaser, the fortune teller refers to the old gods lady. 

Maybe it`s related with the Darkmoon Faire?

I'm thinking this teaser has more to do with the solo content which would be preferable in my opinion. I really hope they're not bringing the old gods back unless it's just the solo adventure the old gods already had their time in standard so a second old gods expansion would be quite disappointing for me personally.

"Whos gold will be ONCE MORE a gleaming"- is it literally saying something that was once gleaming is gonna be again. so does it mean past cards\sets can be back? or its just a hint to new Arena with the older exps being mixed in?

 Where are my dragons?

It would be so cool if they made a Gadgetzan/Old Gods mashup, each team possessed by an old god.

A possible IDEA:

Someone is assembling a team of hearthstone greatest villains to do a prison break of the violet hold on dalaran for some reason?

as its old gods + kolbolds atm and there are still more cards on the table  

I hope the new expansion is based on mind games and mind reading. The new keyword might be something like Scry in MtG (look at the top card from your deck, put it on bottom) or something similar.

What if we have her as a legendary, and when she talks about Candles and gold, Vustras the Ancient? you know, the Dungeon run final boss that guards the treassures...he is a Dragon.

So, me using my master detective skills here's what I have inferred...

A troll soothsayer, does a tarot card divination and reveals the "eye of dalaran" in her crystal ball. She says she will answer the call and so will other's who plot and scheme (rogues obviously). 

She then reveals a scales card with candles and gold, with candles out weighing the gold, could this be referencing Kobolds and Catacombs?  I'm sure she will reveal more cards as time goes on, as she had many more not over turned.

All aboard the hype train friendos!

The only thing we can be sure of? Big Priest will get even more tools to rule Wild!!
