I understand that there are a plethora of OTK decks out right now but none of them give me as much trouble as Gallery Priest. I have been playing control odd warrior and no matter how much I tank up they just burn right through me. Even whenever I seem to have some sort of defense against them (brawls) they just continue to burn straight through you. I just faced one that used gallery and then did 30 damage to my face with a Lyra on board. The very next turn they used ANOTHER gallery that they got from Lyra. Blizzard wants to talk about fun and interactive decks/games but there is nothing I can do against them with that deck. I know that I could put some tech cards in other decks (Nerubian Unraveler) but any suggestions on how to beat this deck with my warrior would be appreciated. 

By the way, I understand that there are just some decks that aren't supposed to beat other decks but this is getting ridiculous with Gallery.

One thing you can do is to mess with their resurrection pool by using minions that summon tokens onto their board. Leeroy Jenkins, Tinkmaster Overspark and Muck Hunter are your best options. The more tokens they have in their resurrection pool, the more likely it will be for their spellstone to resurrect a bunch of shitty minions. They can still highroll and wreck you but that is your best option against them.

Any deck that can be some what countered is not a problem.

everytime a combo deck becomes popular you'll always come across these salty threads begging for nerfs.

I made a gallery deck some time ago which is probably different from what you played since i dont netdeck but somehow i always win without trying. I typically just end up killing most of the enemies and they just concede after a while.

If you mean some version of mindblast priest...that will always be stupid, No point in complaining about it and gallery is not the issue. Malygos should have never been printed.

Priests can kill you in all sorts of ways dragons, combo, fatigue..

I think the big issue is Mass Hysteria, Shadow Visions and Psychic Scream all existing in the same format.

 Add tech to give them minions to lower the chance of them hitting both valen and maly at the same time. Tinkmaster on maly or valen if they play it from hand. This helps alot and makes u able to outarmour the combo, but if the player behind the deck understand the matchup they know that they can outvalue/grind u with minions and u dont have removal for all. U can also beat this by being aggresive, its not even that hard, ofcause not favored, but doable.

 Shadow Visions is stupid. Ways to cheat max limit of cards within a deck are bad.

To all the people saying that I'm begging for a nerf and whatnot, you obviously didn't read the whole post. I never said that there should be nerfs for anything but instead was asking for suggestions. Keep going with the negativity when it's not needed or justified, that'll get you far in life.

It's true.  I only read the title.  With a title like that, the post isn't even worth reading.

As the user above said, the best way is to mess up their resurrection pool, Cornered Sentry is a card you could run if you opt for classic taunt warrior, discovering it over taking a huge taunt from Stonehill Defender is something to consider. The hero power from the quest could also go a long way into removing their threats without having to spend your removal so early,Prophet Velen, Obsidian Statue, The Lich King all being susceptible to the hero power.

Some other options to muddy their resurrection pool are Gravelsnout Knight, Saronite Taskmaster, Hungry Ettin, The Beast, Marin the Fox.

If you are facing a lot of Gallery Priest, as well as the new "Wall Priest", put in a couple of these types of cards, and your opponent's resurrection spells will start to fail.  Unfortunately these don't interrupt the Cloning Gallery spell itself, other than maybe clogging up their board with shit minions they don't want.

EDIT: Marin might actually be bad against Wall Priest, as the 0/8 makes for a good Spirit>Spirit>Inner Fire target for them.

EDIT 2: If you really want to screw with Resurrection Priests, play Warlock and use Doomsayer+Treachery.  Then sit back an laugh when they bring it back with their fully upgraded spell stones!

As I've said before, odd warrior is the problem. 

Blizzard will fix 70% of their game design problems just fixing Malygos:

8 mana Battlecry: +5 spell damage

You know, odd warrior gains disgusting amounts of armor from simply using the hero power; has shittons of removal; and is a greedy value machine. Odd warrior is just as problematic and annoying as any combo deck out there.

I don't see any reason why players piloting this deck can have any right to complain about OTK decks and then look down on people playing aggro/tempo/midrange decks because "YoU SmOrC - yOu nO SkILL" Control(Kappa)Pride

P.S: Odd warrior is my second favourite boomsday deck

Newsflash: this is how every aggro decks feels when they face your polarized deck.

You're the one who chose this playstyle in which the biggest decider is which opponent you face, not how well you play. Stop complaining. Because this thread is definitely just that, despite you trying to play it as if you're looking for suggestions.

There are so many ways to counter Priest. It's ubeliavable how many whine threats there are around.
To me it just shows the incompetence of that player.

There is a reason Priest is only mid tier for a while now.

 This is not a fix. This is plain out breaking a card.
Who the hell is going to pay 8 mana for a once off +5 spell damage? 

You better lower the amount of spell damage instead. That's a much better fix IMO.
Besides, Malygos is not even the problem. Just calculate the amount of damage one Mind Blast does when there are 2 Prophet Velen on board.
Prophet Velen has much more impact than Malygos ever will.
