do u think blizzard needs to do something about this deck or is it fine? it seems that baku hero power with paladin is just really good no matter what. ive been using odd paladin before todays nerfs and i still have at least 70% win rate (rank 3 atm). but this means that it would be even better in few hours when nerfs hit right? even when the level up nerf happened people just found a good replacement and the deck remained good. is there something that needs to be done or maybe the card rotation soon would be good enough?
Odd Paladin can be very powerful, and it still enjoys high win-rates.
But it's not "OP" simply because so many other decks counter it well.
I used it last season to hit Legend. Trust me, when you face a Priest it's looking grim. If you face a control Warlock you may as well concede. And Druids - while rare - are still very difficult to beat.
In April, the deck loses man of its core cards. It will have to reinvent itself to be competitive.
It's not OP in general, as it usually doesn't run Silence effects, so all you really need to do is drop a bunch of taunts and have multiple AOEs. The real problem cards are Fungalmancer (because it prevents multi turn board clear setups) and Stonehill Defender (because of the high likelihood of getting the best Even cost taunts, Tarim and Tirion).

Life before death. Strength before weakness. Journey before destination.
Op, if the hero power that generates 2 1/1s is OP, by that logic Lost in the Jungle (which does the same for half the mana) is meta-breaking.
But you realize the hero power can be used anytime at 2mana+ right while Lost in the Jungle can be used twice. So no, even with that logic Lost in the Jungle is not meta breaking.
I like to play against odd pally. Its the only interactive deck right now, so fighting for board is more interesting, then just watching my board fly away with another psychic scream and then 40 dmg 2x mind blasts
I don't think so, it fills the board with tokens over and over that's all, I don't mind losing to odd paladin as they are at least trying to play. Clone priest for example is just stall, stall and then kill you with 3 cards.
OP or not OP...That is the question: Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer The slings and arrows of outrageous meta, Or to take arms against a sea of hunters, And by opposing end them?

Free to try and find a game, dealing cards for sorrow, cards for pain.
It's not op but it's very polarizing for certain classes that lack good AOE.
I don't think the nerfs really matter much to odd pally. It already beats odd rogue and hunters and doesn't care about a cheap equality much. It does make the even shaman matchup go away which can be tough.

Has never been op.

so u think being able to generate 2 minions from a hero power shouldnt be an issue?

Great chain logic OP.
Do you know what actually happens when cards get nerfed? The meta changes.
Do you know how the meta will most likely change this time? We'll see less hunters because two of their cards get nerfed.
Do you know why odd paladin is so good right now? Because odd paladin counters every single hunter deck.
I hope you can figure out the rest.
Exactly.

Play Priest. Win.
4/3/19 RIP Keith Flint. 😔
The Level Up nerf made it less high rolly so its looks fine to me, it keeps some decks in check so its needed
Probably not OP. Its definitely solid and a really nice, highly interactive deck that's fun to play as and against. I like that it is in a good spot.

Lost in the Jungle also costs you a card from your hand. Pressing the button does not.
