The previous pattern was that they gave additional Heroes to those classes whose Death Knights weren't successful enough. They also went with a different approach each time.
If the Deathknight had a lot of immediate impact they gave them a lategame value generator (Hagatha, Boom), if the Deathknight already was a lategame card, they gave an impactful battlecry with a minimal Hero power upgrade (Zul'jin, reember that DK Rexxar was pretty weak until WW where all the lifesteal and rush beasts were added and expansions are created a year in advance, meaning that Zul'jin was already set in stone by the time Dk Rexxar became the best death knight)
If they followed that pattern the most likely candidate would be Paladin (since Exodia Paladin wasn't really a thing til RR). Rogue would be another option, but Valeera saw a good amount of play in both Quest and Kingsbane decks (and Pogo).
However, since DKs are rotating out anyways they are no longer actually bound to creating hero cards to make up for past failures. Effectively, they can now make them for any class that doesn't have two already and still do a different approach. We could get a high impact Mage hero with a slightly better Hero power for instance. They could also try a more interesting approach for Druid (other than just a bundle of stats).
My guess would be Druid, given how the class got nerfed into the ground and also loses pretty much everything in the rotation. Would be interesting to see a 10-mana lategame value generator now that Ramp is no longer as dominant.

Since when was Rexxar underpowered?
Until Witchwood he was one of the weakest since they never added new beasts uptill that point.

Hi. In witchwood shaman got hero card, boomsday warrior and rastakhan hunter.
Who is next guys?? in your opinion?? Expansion is out april 2019.
It's likely, but we are not sure they'll print another Hero card.
Anyway, I'd say Warlock, since after the rotation the class will lose all its important pieces.
I think Druid.
Don't you know? Regiskillbin confirmed that it will be the dragon aspects. Each of the six will get 1. It will be a dragon based expansion.
maybeee hes creating hype xD. Probs fake but i want mage to get it
Could you give us the source?
Me
blizz is giving hero cards since witchwood :) so we will get hero card for a class who didnt get one yet.
Depends

I tried having fun once. It was awful.
I think it will be rogue.
Bronze, black, green, blue, red, maybe they will make a divide in black so they can have twilight aswell
Druid for sure ,it's in bad shape righ now
Source ?
i hope you're right , it would be too interesting, but i prefer demon expancion
I hope it will be 3-6 heroes in next expac
I am envoy from nowhere in nowhere. Nobody and nothing have sent me. And though it is impossible I exist. ©Trimutius
Please let it be Priest! They got screwed over in the last two patches.
That would be awesome.
I think all other classes will get Hero Cards to replace rotating KoF heroes .
