Should we nerf kill command too? How about quick shot?
An aggressive deck should be able to deal damage directly to your face, that's kind of the whole point of playing a deck like that. There are plenty of ways to make sure you don't "have 19 health on turn 3", or ways to recover from it. Something should not be nerfed just because people don't like playing against it. A card being in most decks in a class isn't always a bad thing, and while it plays a big part in what makes blizzard feel a nerf is necessary, but not the only part.
Ok. So please tell us what we can do against hunter who on turn 1 plays dire mole, turn 2 razormaw and turn 3 huffer. You call that balance?? Why you think druid is rarely played now? Thanks to hunter. So fun, so interactive
Just stop please. You are never going to establish a strong argument about the balance, or lack thereof, based solely on the prime dream high roll scenarios. I can make almost any card and deck sound broken and in need of a nerf if I cherry pick the the situation/mulligan/lack of answer from opponent in a given situation.
And even using your dream early curve scenario that isn't just Animal Companion doing the damage there, but would be just as much caused by the mole and razormaw.

I have very little problem with hunter with Even Paladin, for one example. Just because your favorite deck can't beat it doesn't mean it has to change. If you want to beat them, play something that beats them, it's that simple.
Anyway, you should probably head to the salt thread.
Deathstalker rexxar, the spellstone and to a lesser extent zul'jin are what makes Hunter oppressive. Huffer was considered problematic like 2 years ago, time to move on :' )
All streamers i watch say that Huffer needs rush instead of charge so people are not at 19 hp on turn 3.
They nerfed wild growth yet animal companion is played in every single hunter deck. What you guys think??
What do you have to offer except subjcetive opinion of yours and streamers you watch? Because I can surely make any card look like broken if you give me 5 minutes to think about my points while ignoring counterpoints.
Boosting the popularity of Spell Hunter, waiting for people to craft the necessary legendaries, and then killing the deck by nerfing a couple of classic commons would be typical Bli$$ard. This simultaneously achieves two moneymaking targets: removes a strong and widely-owned card from the pool, and flushes endless amounts of dust spent by players down the sink. Bethesda would be proud ;-)
S rcharge really that overpowered? Now i know it is strong but it it were that overpowered it would be played way more often. The reason team 5 nerfed charge is because you cant interact with charge and you can win the game by having nothing on the field. Well umm that doesn't make any sence because there are so many decks that give a fuck about their board and win anyway. What's the difference losing against a leeroy then a fireball? Well spells you can interact even less because you can have taunts against charge minions and spells don't care about it the only reason i see is that with chargeminions you deal the damage and have a minion on board for more pressure. The problem isn't charge - the problem is that we don't have enough cards that counter other cards by nature. I'm not talking about techcards really but others that naturally deal against a certain playstyle/ archetype. Is animal companion to strong? Noo but hunter is and then animal companion seems to be in the radar. If you want to nerf cards then nerf the other sets but not the classic set. We've seen it with worrior and now druid. Destroying a card witch is a core card and so iconic to a specific class is devastating and simply wrong. Yes warrior was to strong in the days so where druid now but exchanging a card from good to horrible is not the way you should implement a change. Change a card slightly and see how it goes. I rather have nerfs like roguequest then stuff like corridor creeper. It's lazy destroying a card so you dan't have to care about it anymore ...
Streamers. What a joke. Like they are an authority on anything. Sad. What streamers? Kripp? Don't make me laugh.
I know, right? Anyone can be a streamer. All it takes is an entertaining personality and a functioning brain to become popular, it has very little to do with skill, yet people treat them as authorities. If they regularly compete and do well in tournaments, fine, I guess their comments have weight, but most of the popular streamers don't really do much competitively aside from getting to legend, which anyone can do given enough time.

Lets nerf everything . Lets nerf the whole game so you 12 year olds can be happy . Unninstall ! Fast !!! NOW ! STOP WITH YOUR LAME NERF POSTS . JUST STOP ! Play something else stop complaining about the game ! Because of yor dumb post the is the way it is at the monent !
I’ve never lost a game to a hunter then reflected back on the game and thought wow animal companion is super OP if he didn’t have that card I would have won for sure! A lot of the time it rolls into the wrong companion to help them with their board state and is an average/slightly above average 3 drop. Huffer having charge is fine due to the rng if the card IMO. All of the companions are above average 3 drops but if RNG fails you then they’re all meh..
Nourish and Wild Growth have been in every single meaningful druid deck and have consistently worked with other powerful cards to allow druid an obvious and large advantage, able to play imposing cards like Ultimate Infestation on turn 6. The nerf was long overdue because druid has had access to end game power at mid game for just about the entire existence of Hearthstone.
Animal Companion is not so consistent, nor is it a proven advantage time and again vs most of not all other decks it faces. While rush is a much healthier mechanic, removing charge when hunter is at the end of its' standard dominance (Rexxar rotates in April alongside a bunch of massively powerful cards) would only set it up to fail. Right now, Animal Companion is a 1 in 3 chance of getting what you need at that moment, not broken odds but strong enough. And you can't avoid that tilt feeling whenever anyone you face high rolls exactly what they need to lethal you, it's just going to happen 1/3 of the time with AC.

Rage quitting: the best way to ensure your opponent knows they beat a giant baby.
Keep in mind lads that Huffer is appearing more often than ever. Up to 5-6 times per game thanks to To My Side, Zul'jin and other such cards (often alongside Leokk).
As much as i dont like that card being played against me, more so ever since spellhunter with To My Side! became a thing, you cant just slap Rush on a Basic card and call it a day lol.
Only possible nerf i could see that wouldnt destroy the card is making huffer 3/2 Charge. Would still be stronger than Wolfrider (+1 hp and beast synergy) and the other two options would still be there. But im sure Blizzard's idea of a nerf would be to make it 4 mana or something and making it unplayable :D
The premise of the thread that AC is “played in every Hunter deck” is FALSE. It’s typically not played in Deathrattle Hunter. Hence, we have another thread failure.
If you want to have a discussion, avoid hyperbole.

Free to try and find a game, dealing cards for sorrow, cards for pain.

Because you don't know which animal companion you will get, they aren't actually that strong. That's really all that needs to be said.
