if i dont have quest, what is warriors win condition??. Priest stalls game and 4 mind blasts to face with velen and malygos, mecha’thun priest or mecha’thun warlock kills the deck so easily, deathrattle hunter crushes it and has insane value.
Odd Warrior seems so garbage with no win condition
Odd warrior is pretty decent, I am at rank 12 now with him and going further. Win condition is ton of armor, Dr. Boom and mass removals. You don't have Krush here, you just strangle your opponent to death.
Yeah you're just trying to grind your opponent out. Its really good against aggro because once they are low on cards their top decks have little to no value and you'll still be holding a hand full of guys etc but it gets crushed by any late game strategy with inevitability (i.e. an alternative win condition like Mecha'thun or DK Uther, something that creates sticky boards and massive value such as anything running Carnivorous Cube, or any infinite value/damage combo). The reason it is such an underrepresented deck is because it has so many 80/20 and 20/80 matchups and as such it is super frustrating to ladder with. Quest gives you some kind of kill pressure and improves your matchups against OTK strategies and Deathstalker Rexxar, but unfortunately makes you even weaker against Cube varients and slightly weaker to aggro as well.
The only weakness this deck has is matchup vs exodia decks - paladin and mechathun priest. These decks are almost impossible to win against. But thankfully they are few on ladder now.

What about Cube Hunter, any other Hunter who hard mulls for Rexxar and hits, Cube Warlock, Mecha'thun Warlock, Mecha'thun Druid, Clone Priest, Warrior decks with Quest?
What do you mean? By “I’ve hardly been playing”, I meant that I haven’t had time to play that much in the last week or so and I’ve still attained a good rank with the deck.

I have 50+% WR against Cube Hunter and Spell Hunter decks. Mechathun warlocks and druids are nowhere to be seen for like 2-3 months already. Clone priest is beatable if you stack enough armor (40+) and keep clearing his Velen and Malygos (the only real threats this deck has). Quest Warrior is a rare stuff, I still haven't seen any with my Odd Warrior.
It's a pure control deck, maybe the most control-ey deck of all in the current meta. It's the deck for people who own 40 white shirts which are stored in the shirts only cupboard.
The primary win condition is fatigue. It's boring to play and ultra boring to play against. I have never once thought "oh that opponent played well" if I lose to odd warrior.
Odd quest warrior, on the other hand, is pretty good and the removal is used more pro-actively so makes for more interesting games.
I played a lot of odd warrior lately between rank 5 and legend, and I must say that hunter DK is not a big problem actually. I win most of my hunter matchups, even if Rexxar is played on 6. You have the ressources to hold against him until fatigue. The only terrible matchup is deathrattle hunter because eggs and cubes synergies are just top much to handle.

You don't feel satisfaction beating them either. Last week I beat one with my Even Paladin. The only reason I stood a chance was because I highrolled with 2 corpsetakers. Otherwise I probably would have lost because of the matchup.
I'm a little more sold on this deck since the European playoffs. The Boomsday version (no dragons) with double Faceless/Cube added to give an edge in fatigue/value matchups gives you some really decent matchups across the board and also adds some proactive options to increase your %s a little against the the really bad matchups (Mecha'thun, Uther OTK etc).
I've been having a lot of success with Viper's build at ~800 Legend with only one loss so far to a control priest (possibly misplayed by me, I left his Benedictus on the board til I drew into Zola with Faceless in hand but turn before I drew into her he got Alex off and the chip damage from Benedictus had kept my armour count low enough for him to kill me over the next couple of turns - the correct play was probably to deal with Benedictus and continue building armour, use Direhorns and cubes to delay fatigue and try to out tempo him or play to a draw). But I've won against a variety of Hunters (all with Rexxar obviously but Boom and Omega Assembly usually give you enough value and tempo to outlast him), Quest Warriors (the faceless/cube on their Witchwood Grizzly is massive in this matchup), Cube Warlocks (again faceless and Cube are huge, same goes for Ooze and Owl), Even Warlocks (you need to whiff hard and them have a great start to lose this) and Control Mages (being smart about their polymorphs is the key, you have access to a huge number of Direhorns if you are careful, and just don't play into Jaina hero power too much and you can out-value them). Control Priests without Benedictus are pretty much a foregone conclusion because you just mass too much armour for them to deal with.
I haven't played against Rin yet, which could be awkward but I feel like running double silence gives me a reasonable shot, failing that trying to stall the Azari long enough to amass enough Direhorns/Cubes/Faceless Manipulators and the Tomb Lurker (really cool tech) to catch up in the fatigue battle (list doesn't play Azalina since its too narrow a tech).
So yeah in conclusion Odd Warrior is actually a pretty decent deck. Its not as easy to play as you might imagine, you have to understand what your goal is in each matchup and how the cards need to be used (except against aggro, obviously you just curbstomp them even if you misplay 4 or 5 times, for example yesterday I tried to use Dynomatic to clean up a board with a 1 health Snapjaw Shellfighter against an Odd Rogue. I wasn't aware of the interaction and it just took all 5 hits, went to -4 life and left his other 2 minions alive. Pretty major blunder but still managed to win fairly convincingly), but the deck has potential on ladder and definitely in tournaments (second most banned class after Hunter at HCT iirc).

No brain - no pain.
Odd Warrior is fantastic, if 100% of your matchups are Aggro/tempo
Crushing aggro decks
Quasi-stellar radio source

Yes it is good, I’m currently top 200 na with it and I’ve hardly even been playing.

That explains it.

It is the most polarized deck in current meta.
You destroy any aggressive deck and is destroyed for everything else.
Hunters will be a good match but the DK alone make your entire deck a pile of useless garbage.
Warrior maybe was a good option if Blizzard don't refuse to do the necessary massively overnerf in hunter cards.
Every Hunter beats it with its death knight. Every OTK deck beats. Big Spell Mage out values it.
What's left? Aggro decks. Odd Rogue and Odd Paladins are favorable matchups. If all you see are aggro decks, its good.
Otherwise you need to play something else. Like a deck with a real win condition.
It's good against aggro decks, but other than that it's a boring deck.

I love playing Odd Warrior, it usually crushes aggro decks if you make a decent enough deck.
Get Rekt Noob!
