For me it's hands down Deathstalker Rexxar. Not only is it a really strong card, which by itself can win you most control matchups, but the hero power is simply tons of fun. Mind you I haven't had a chance to play with most of the hero cards, but I maintain my vote for DK Rexxar based on the gameplay I've seen of the other hero cards.
In terms of the ones I wish I had a chance to try there are 3 actually Uther in a Horsemen OTK deck, Anduin in Razakus, and Guldan in Cubelock.
Voted for Scourgelord Garrosh because I really love the art, the voice acting and the emotes. Getting to wield Shadowmourne is also nice. But of course, it's among the least powerful heroes.
In terms of utility, I have lots of fun with Dr. Boom, Mad Genius. And Bloodreaver Gul'dan is just broken.

Gul'dan is the absolute best, followed by Rexxar and Dr. Boom.

Jaina of course,she's my favorite card ever printed, I love elemental and lifesteal Is my second favorite mechanic (Discover Is the best IMO) She gives you insane amounts of value while still not being infinite (like rexxar/Jade Idol and stuff),Just perfect (Agatha Is my second favorite Hero card)
Malfurion the Pestilent sitting at 0% makes me chuckle a little bit. :P

I thought I'd be the only one to vote for Scourgelord Garrosh, so imagine my (pleasant) surprise. I love him for his emotes, and for being a "fair" DK. If DK Rexxar, Jaina, and Guldan weren't too OP, he probably won't be overlooked.
Jaina, the only one I (crafted) have golden.
Jaina, something about that voice just does things to me.

my favorites are Thrall, Deathseer, Deathstalker Rexxar, Bloodreaver Gul'dan, Malfurion the Pestilent, and Zul'jin. but i had to pick Thrall, Deathseer, he is my all time favorite, but i do wish it was multiple choice.
