Ok so this weapon and the deck built around it already causes problems in Wild, but there you have some cards to weaken or counter it (e.g. Gnomeferatu, Dirty Rat), but in Standard you have less tools to handle this awful card.
It's so damn boring to play against this deck when they do not completely draw like shiet and at some point you just know that you can't outdamage the heal of their weapon.
In WIld it's been annoying and reaaaaally boring/awful to play against for quite some time and people accepted it, but now Standard too?
The only good thind is that Kingsbane will leave with the launch of the next expansion.
We're hitting Shudderwock annoyance levels right there.
I know know, but didn't you kinda accept it because, well, it's in Wild? With good draws and no techs from the opponent it's nealry unbeatable in Wild, yep yep. But the worst thing is, it is sooooo ridiculously boring and annoying to play against. Best thing is to just concede after they buffed it some times along with lifesteal and move on to good things in life.
Druids and hunters and paladins with their nonsense, and one card rotating out in three months is the one you're focusing on. Jeez bub. Stop your whining.
You know the most annoying deck ? It is Shudderwock Shaman that keeps freezing your face as Kingsbane everytime while oozing your weapon everytime is that fun and interactive?

Same level so deserved for the Kingsbane player. :p
i don't think it's such a problem since it is hard countered by aggro. but i have to say it's such a bad design. they nerfed Blade Flurry to the ground because it limited the design space for weapons and all, but they release kingsbane, with does basically the same thing but for weapon buffs. what's up with blizzard contradicting itself in this game.
If you don't already know, Kingsbane beats up higher curved midrange decks easily too. You have to play a really aggressive midrange deck to even have a chance against them. SOOO, it's not only control players that are getting victimized by this deck. So think before you type.

Just give it a few more weeks. Remember when people were complaining that Quest Hunter was OP day 1 on Ungoro or how Mech Paladin was Crazy, then a few weeks later it actually turned out they sucked. Wait a few weeks to see the meta settle, then start judging HS on how it is.
Most rogue decks are terrible to play against, I agree. Their version of maly sucks to lose against, and kingsbane is another reason that wild is not worth playing. Kingsbane is just getting worse as playing aggressive stuff is no guarantee anymore of a win. Mid-range is not that great against it so you're stuck playing the most vicious thing you can find, or something with freeze effects.
Actually kingsbane is only problem in wild, because of the other wild synergy cards. It is just a gimmicky deck with some polorized match ups in standart. Don't be a jerk, just because you don't play wild.

Except unlike those other decks, people have constantly complained about kingsbane. Now it's a lot more consistent which increases how good it is in a major way. Kingsbane was the last deck that needed a buff, but blizzard thought otherwise.
I don't like the design of Kingsbane either and I also find games against them boring if I play a slow and grindy deck. However, what's the difference between playing against Kingsbane or any other combo deck that beats control decks easily?
It's just a counter matchup. OTK Paladin, Mechathun decks, exodia mage, Towaggle Druid all beat control decks easily. It's not Kingsbane or Mechatun's fault it's just the nature of playing slow decks: you don't win against combo decks.
So instead of saying: "I don't like this card because it beats my deck", you should just accept that control beats aggro, aggro beats combo and combo beats control*. I promise you that when Kingsbane is gone there will be another card that control decks to hate.
* I am well aware that aggro can beat control, control can beat combo and combo can beat aggro it's just unfavored matchups.
I mean Kingsbane can win versus Even Shaman too or other MidRangey decks but you really have to be lucky with the draws and have Blade Flurry to stabilise after you stall a bit more, pretty much the unfavorable matchups for kingsbane can be poofed with god draws.
The only absolute Counter to Kingsbane is Baku Hunter pretty much.

Control-tard tears make me giggle.

Except Shudderwock will not rotate as fast as Kingsbane, there will always be .... "A Bane Deck"
Aggro-tards make me laugh too :)

Sap was always the bane of High Curved Midrange decks not Kingsbane.
I second that. :)

People complaining about Kingsbane can't stop soon enough.

Dead but dreaming
Druid Mecha'Thun destroys them.

lol, requiring an aggro player to think.
