Played Odd Rogue in Wild this evening to finish a quest.
It's one of the best aggro decks in the game.
You would think it should stand a chance against Kingsbane rogue. =)

We know from VS that Odd Rogue wins the matchup 63% of the time. What does your one game anecdotal evidence contribute to discussion. Nothing. Holy shit. NOTHING. All it proves is that people are devolving. Getting dumber and dumber.
You know I've been hearing that so I threw the deck together real quick, and after climbing all the way up to rank 14 using Face Hunter, kingsbane dropped me back down to the bare bottom of 15. :/ thank God for plateaus, but I'm seeing nothing but Druids and control warlocks who decimate the damn deck.
I'll still be glad when it rotates tho it's annoying either way I'm just saying it's not hard to play around.

It's not that Blizzard doesn't care. It is just the nature of Wild. The best decks are broken beyond belief. Nerf one, and another takes it place. People playing creative/fun/whatever decks just get their brains smashed in.
People ALWAYS say this but theres nothin else that is broken besides kingsbane and big priest, and maybe jade druid. If they nerf those decks, every other deck is fine to replace it.
they should really just stop making card designs which can't be countered with a tech card - i.e. there should always be a card in standard to remove enchantments from kingsbane and other weapons, stop shudderwock from working etc. Countering a deck shouldn't be left to "just play X archetype to beat Y you noob".

SAD was surely totally overpowered but not because of Star Aligner, but because druid got more ramp, then druid got more card draw than it's good for the game and then there was JUICY PSYCHMELON, a TOTAL OVERPOWERED CARD. Tutor 4 cards for 4 mana and allowing them to draw CONSISTENTLY THEIR FULL COMBO was totally INSANE. This was no nerf, this was a FIX for introducing a total broken card in wild. 4 cards for 4 mana is too cheap; compare it to Sprint.
A nerf of it was total necessary after druids got such a insane winrate that it was no longer fun to play the game. And when 3-4 druid decks are Tier 1 in wild on place 1-4, then yes, it needs a nerf. Sorry, but i never saw from real wild players in any kind of forums that after removing SAD, wild would be perfect.

BUT YOU CAN'T MAKE A CARD LIKE THESE WITHOUT A COUNTER. In RR they had the ability to give wild-players a counter to kingsbane, instead they added more pack filler and more kingsbane-support. We have counter against combo (althrough Star Aligner Druid was too minion heavy to counter it with dirty rat, because of this, a nerf was necessary), counter against secret, but why is there no fricking counter to a weapon that gets to deal 14 damage, lifesteal, attack 3 times. That's bonkers.
So yes, there is only one way to fix wild somehow for the next time, it's a direct nerf to kingsbane.
Big Priest on the other side would need something that spoils their resurrection-pool. While there's also the possibility simply nerfing barnes.
But as a real wild only player i know that not everything would be perfect. Still: the big offenders in wild are right now Kingsbane-Rogue, destroying every control-deck to 100%. On the other Hand i think that a pure barnes-nerf would still make Big Priest possible (there is already a barnesless-variant out there) while nerfing the steamroll when you get out a turn 3-4 barnes. But then please release some good priest cards too. because being at the bottom in standard AND quite low in wild is not very fun for any priest-player. But a nerf to Big Priest AND Kingsbane would also be a buff to control-priest, so i think that this would not be the end of it.

They got nerfed, blizzard saw an issue, you obviously disagree with the only people on the planet to have 100% of the data in the world, that is the game owners, and curators, a for profit company called blizzard. who nerfed it. Not sure on what your looking for from a mere players stats here ?
I hate the deck too, but it is countered pretty easily by freeze effects. Wish there were more neutral freeze effects, though.
Edit: I actually managed to shut down a kingsbane rogue with Ice Walker once with an even mage in wild. Eventually won by stalling long enough to burn the opponent down with burn spells and Coldarra Drake. So satisfying.
I'm just quitting Hearthstone at least till next rotation, cause right now I simply can not enjoy the game: I can't stand current meta-game, Kingsbane being one of the main problems (its gameplay issues already explained here tons of times). It's not the first time that happens to me, already had some other breaks for a few months before. But that's fine, there are many other games I can spend some time with, and to be sincere as an old fanboy of the company, I'm quite disgusted with Blizzard nowadays, so if I manage to avoid supporting them at all, sadly I can say I'm glad about it. That whole post could have been written by me, sitting in the same boat. At least there will be Warcraft 3 Reforged, but this is just another Remaster and I think it's time for Blizzard to release a new game/franchise.
Druids and hunters and paladins with their nonsense, and one card rotating out in three months is the one you're focusing on. Jeez bub. Stop your whining.
Paladins are about the only reason Kingsbane isn't completely dominating the entire meta. Careful with who you pick on.
People still complaining about druid when none of their decks are even close to tier one and that Shaman can heal the same amount of armour that Branching Paths gives with a spell that's one mana cheaper, Healing Rain. But I guess druid is cool to hate, it's like people of colour many years ago.

Honestly you have not been a victim of an annoying Mill Rogue deck.
Play Aggro. Stick with Aggro. Go Face. No where else. Win by Turn 5. Control Decks are garbage.

Paladins are about the only reason Kingsbane isn't completely dominating the entire meta. Careful with who you pick on.
People still complaining about druid when none of their decks are even close to tier one and that Shaman can heal the same amount of armour that Branching Paths gives with a spell that's one mana cheaper, Healing Rain. But I guess druid is cool to hate, it's like people of colour many years ago.
