As usual, my vote goes to Stonetusk Boar. The developers have mentioned that the card is "design limiting" multiple times, especially around the time of the yearly rotation.
Also, with Skulking Geist rotating out, there may be some problematic 1-Cost spells that could find their way in the Hall of Fame.
the most obv hall of fame cards are probably the charge ones at some point they seem to be phasing charge out by rush and this years hof would make sense if it got rid of the op charge cards.
tuskboar: this card isn't op team 5 just named it as "limiting design space" i'm not sure why but it assume they can't push make beasts great themes with it around because those themes + a cheap charge minion ends up being too strong
Leroy jankins!!!!!!: the most powerful charge minion, if they wanted to nerf charge this is the one
Unleash the hounds: similar reasons to tuskboard but this is actually one of the most busted spells at it's cost in the game.
The other cards that I feel might be HoFed is Gadgetzan Auctioneer and Malygos both because they are just incredibly polarizing and limit what types of cards that can be printed. These cards just lend themselves to being absolutely degenerate too easily.
I think he won't be a problem for Standard once Ungoro and the Quest leaves. Only Wild has to deal with "Someday-I'll be just like you, Someday, I'll be just like you, Someday, I'll be just like you" followed by an endless "Aha, aha, aha, aha!"
HoF the entire basic set. Make a new basic set that rotates each year.
Hell no. I'd quit in an instant. The cost would be untenable.
1. You are allowed to quit. You are but a single person.
2. Before you quit, please note this: You will get 200.000 dust. Enough dust to craft any card from any future rotating core set the next 10 years. You will be rich :)
Malygos and Brawl. Just because they are limiting design space heavily. Because of Malygos, they can’t print discounting mana cost for minions anymore and Brawl will forever be just ‘fuck you’ card for swarming boards.

You say this but Exodia Mage did exist pre quest and pre molten reflection it just had far less margin for error. Somehow this slimy grease-bag always finds away to ruin your day with endless fireballs to your face

Nourish, Mind Control Tech - Both are evergreen cards that really are autoinclude in ANY deck that can pick them. One because is super destructive against board matter decks and the other is the best ramp spell of druid. They need to go already to Hall of Fame.

Kindly explains how a mutual board clear 'limits design space'. Also, no one plays OTK Maly druid except at pro ranks, so it falls under 'heavy is the head that wears the crown'

Would be my biggest bets. Basically any card you can build burst combos around is probably what they are aiming at removing from classic set. Replace them with some pack fillers like last time.
first of all only cards that form part of an evergreen set can be sent to the hall of fame, but i can see why you'd get confused with the name they gave to what's effectively an official ban list
the only reasonable candidates are Malygos and Doomguard, when blizzard Hof'd Molten Giant they willingly admitted that it was because they were bored of watching handlock matches in tournament play since the dawn of time and they wanted lock to have new decks, well doomguard and maly have been deck finishers forever, so they might have gotten bored of them as well
runner up is Preparation which they willingly admitted constrains rogue design space and well you seriously know that shit hit the fan when even the rogue mains are telling blizzard to hall of fame the card.
U'all are stupid and blind, Im sorry but seriosly look at the cards you are typing. Malygos is never leaving classic, nobody is gonna remove stonetusk boar!
Its gonna be Nourish and Naturalize. I can see a change to Preparation
They are core cards in too many archetypes. Naturalize used to be laughable card in classic-whisperofthegods time. U just couldnt give ur opponent so much carddraw. Now? We ve got many discovery cards, wider combos, better carddraw of our own and most importantly Druid have UI. They dont care if u have 8 cards, they have 10 all the time.
There's a few classic cards that are problematic or overly powerful to the point that they almost always see play in every deck for that class. For example, Wild Growth, Sorcerer's Apprentice, and Preparation have all pretty much been must haves in nearly every deck for their respective class for the last 3+ years, so any/all of these are likely candidates for the hall of fame. Then there's cards that aren't exactly super powerful but are problematic because they limit design space. Prophet Velen is a perfect example of this and because of his existence, priests are extremely limited as to what kind of damaging spells they're allowed to have. There's also pretty much every minion associated with Charge. I can easily see Stonetusk Boar, Southsea Deckhand and even Leeroy Jenkins going to the Hall of Fame because I honestly think it's a keyword Blizzard wished they never printed (in fact, I seem to remember reading that at some point). I saw some mentions of Mind Control Tech and I do feel that that is a contender as well. And lastly, possibly Alexstrasza, even though she's not seeing a whole lot of play right now.
Now while I doubt that all of these will get hall of famed, I wouldn't be surprised to see one or two get the axe come April.

Dude. Miracle Rogue dont play Gadgetzan Auctioneer. Kingsbane Rogue dont play Gadgetzan Auctioneer. Mech'thun decks rarely playGadgetzan Auctioneer. Leave my boy alone!
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Stonetusk Boar/Bluegill Warrior (They prob don't want to replace their Charge with Rush because returning player experience)
Holy Wrath
Malygos

Moderators, please give to op the achievement of dumbest post on the site ever.
I assure you, this one doesn't even crack the top 10.
