There cards have no specific order while they're in your deck. On every draw a random value is generated and dependending on this value you draw one card. Thus while in your deck the cards have the default value which than take your question to the trigger level.

It's why in monster hunt when you turn back time RNG effects rerandomize but your drawn cards stay the same, because they aren't being randomly pulled via RNG value. We actually have a deck.
So yes, they could create the ability to see your deck top to bottom in order just by showing you the stack. It also means that Gnomeferatu is accurate and the card it nukes really WAS the card you would've pulled next turn.
