Yeah, I'm feeling bad, too. I got Griftah and only two other legendaries over 97 packs. At least my pity counter is down to 6 packs right now, so I guess that's good.
I opened it and I don't mind it. Stuck it in a rush warrior that kept running out of steam and it turns out to be a nice body that generates some resources. I feel like in most situations you can pick two cards where you're going to benefit more than your opponent with either of them given the situation and matchup.
Griftah is arguably one of the more worthless cards created in recent expansions.... AND I OPENED HIM!
What crap cards did you get today?
Tons of folks are saying that Griftah is the worst and sad to see such an iconic character be treated like this...
I say NO! He's perfect the way he is! And the funny thing is that the pack after I said that to someone I opened a golden Griftah and I couldn't stop laughing! I still have a smile on my face as of writing this just thinking of it! Sure, it is a really bad card but it is probably one of THE best representations of any card in all of Hearthstone for who they truly are...
A man... that sells Hula Hula-Dolls so people can make their airships... but also such marvelous wonders as ... Soap on a Rope.
Useless... but a PERFECT card!
And I can promise you, I am genuinely happy to have a golden version of him in my collection even if I will probably NEVER put him into a deck. I see him sorta as a trophy... for cards may rotate, cards may have important parts to play on your deck ... but never could I imagine a greater trophy than a card that will forever and ever be known in my collection as Griftah! The best and most trollish troll character in all of World of Warcraft, no matter wherever you find him! xD
Well if the Griftah i got was golden i'd be happy too for the 1600 dust.
I personaly think that Griftah isn´t that bad .... of course not the best one, but i think it´s not as bad as most of the players think!
Nice stats and the 2 times i played him he helped me with the discovered cards - so i got lucky but also, my opponent played priest and had difficulties getting Griftah off the board
how is he not bad ? you are basically playing a yeti and you potentially give your opponent a good card while you get a shit one
That feeling when u spend money and get crap legendary cards I got 3 legendary in row while I was opening packs but non that I cared for woah as me”sad face”

I will say it again:
I disagree with you, that his design is a perfect one. I have seen fan created cards, which actually acknowledged his lore in WoW:
Thepowerofcheese's Griftah preserves his personality far better. He is still kinda "useless" with his weak body and effect, that can also benefit the opponent, but this uselessness is attractive in some decks (miracle rogue, wild exodia paladin, maybe quest mage). Come to think of it, the 2 mana cost might be too low, if those decks end up abusing this legendary, but something similar could have been made. In wow he tries to sell us crap and to get our gold. Why would he give free cards to both players in hs? Where is his profit?
Inb4 I am glad to hear, that you are glad from getting a golden version of him.
I got a golden Griftah. Hey, 1,600 dust is 1,600 dust!
I'm trying now Control Paladin with Prince Liam and Hakkar, the Soulflayer...
Logged in and got Hir'eek, the Bat...
First Legendary I pulled was Griftah... sigh...
At least the other legendary I pulled was Zul'jin... made up for it a little bit.
O.o o.O

I got a Golden one (and it was my first Golden legendary too), but I guess it's only a matter of time before someone finds its real use
Got Griftah and couldn't be happier. My randuin is smiling
Griftah in first pack, nice.
I got a Golden Harbinger Celestia in preorder Boomsday and later to open more then 500 packs, my first golden legendary in packs... Griftah!
Well, it is a terrible card but it does have potential to be ruin peoples combos.
Stolen Steel

Today i joined the 'Today i opened Griftah' club. Feels Bad Man
Even though Griftah is not that great of a card, I managed to throw him in a deck. Still testing it out but I have won 2 out of 4 so far today.

A New Challenger looks really fun and maybe even strong? Also, no summons trigger battlecry cards ever. Just thought you should know that

I got two golden Gurubashi Offerings. Not even mad, such a good meme.

I'm a proud member of the Gritah club as well :) I don't dislike him that severely, but I'd like better Zul'jin or The Undatakah tho.
Got the same start, I feel you.
