Griftah is arguably one of the more worthless cards created in recent expansions.... AND I OPENED HIM!

What crap cards did you get today?

I wouldn't really call them useless, but I ended up getting War Master Voone (to which I have literally no good end game dragons or even mid-game dragons to really use him with) and Hex Lord Malacrass, who not only isn't as good as Voone but also, once again, I'm missing all the cards to make a control mage work.

I got Gral, the Shark in my first pack :(

Well I did laugh at one of my friends for opening Hakkar....about 6 packs later I opened him myself. Other than that, I don't think I even got a single "bad" legendary. Granted, not everything I got is necessarily top tier, but  I don't really feel bad about a single one.

I think there's something wrong with the packs and gonna hold to open them.

Both my gf and I opened first Malacrass and then Griftah... there are really low chances at that happening...

Is Griftah really that bad? It's well-statted, defies Priest removal, and the discover-based resource generation means that the effect is still likely to benefit you more than your opponent, particularly if you're playing a faster deck that tends to run out of steam.

Edit: d'oh. I read it wrong. Initially thought you got to choose one of three and they got one of the remaining two at random. I guess it's pretty lousy, then.

I can’t complain because I got some really nice draws but.... 2x ice cream vendor, 3x Gurubashi offerings, 2x hypemon... and also Griftah.

I got him too but hey 400 dust is 400 dust.

For every tale of woe, there is one of jubilation. I got ALL of the neutral legendaries EXCEPT Griftah

My Loa was for Druid (i don't play druid), then i got Griftah and Capatin Hooktusk (i also dont play rogue) in 56 packs, isn't this nice?

 If there is a problem with pack openings they have let you keep all the cards you opened and replaced half the packs in the past.  This happened during the mean streets launch.  Open away.  You’ll wind up with a better deal.  

Think it’s just weird luck for you though.

 Man, this is sad. Mine was Griftah and Malacrass, WTF

I ended up pulling Griftah as well, it feels terrible. The only solace I take in it is knowing that I won't open it again in the future.

I got griftah too, no he's not great, but he is fun. I recommend playing him in this first week when everyone is just fuckin around, then dust him after that. Hes already given me some great moments for the highlight reels lol 

Compared to other "useless legendaries" like harbinger celestia, at least griftah can (and usually is) pretty amusing to play with. 

Another Griftah here... first legendary I opened, lol.

Also got A New Challenger..., used it in a deck, pulled Sunkeeper Tarim... and found out the hard way that his battlecry doesn't trigger when he's summoned.

WELP.

Griftah isn't even close to the worst legendary in the set.

But think of it this way, it's better than getting another common, no?  Unless you were hitting your pity timer, a legendary is a legendary.  It could have been a common.
