I'm in love with Reno Priest (the normal version without Dragons or Quest), but that weapon makes my ranked time a nightmare.
There is no way to kill them. This deck doesn't have many early game minions to rush them down, and after 4 mana, there is no way to defeat them.
I know, there should be some decks that not favorable for me, but this badboy is unbeatable. I run a Gluttonous Ooze in my deck, but the Shinyfinder get it for them immediately.
I've waited for some tech card in Rastakhan to counter it, but no.
This season became a coin flip game for me, if I ever see a Rogue, I'm praying for all the Old Gods, to hear the "None will survive" line, or I insta-concede.
No, there isn't. Blizzard's inability to balance these things keeps showing. As a control deck you always lose to such combo decks, as well as you lose to aggro when they get a good draw.
Kingsbane is definitely a problem. They reach a point where there's really just nothing you can do. Other decks are almost like that (MechaC'thun comes to mind), but don't seem nearly as bad. I understand that a Kingsbane deck is weak to a couple of things, but it just doesn't seem right that if a game goes past a certain number of turns, the Rogue has a lock-in win. I'm not sure what the solution is, but to deny that there's a problem here is a bit myopic.
Not with Priest. The only control deck that has a slim chance is control warlock. Then you have to hope you last to late in the game and kingsbane is shuffled back into the deck with no way of getting it out, then play Gnomeferatu.
Weapon removal only helps if you can smorc, because it denies both minion removal (so you can pressure more) and healing (so you can win faster, obviously). In any other case it just prolongs the inevitable, unless you can combo it with other cards, such as Gnomeferatu or Drakonid Operative.
Play dmh warrior if you want to have a chance against all decks - very difficult to play but after a lot of practice tou will have a decent chance against all decks. The only real problem is big prist but if you have alot of skills and a bit luck you can even win against them.

And how exactly do you win against Kingsbane as a DMH Warrior? The only way I can think of is if you manage to mill their Kingsbane. But it requires quite a bit of luck. Am I missing something?
It’s just like 30 damage OTK decks against druid or warriors. Pretty much impossible without tech and Blizz doesn’t want to print specific deck-killing tech like silence a weapon or remove all armor. That being said, Benedictus would give you a kingsbane (fully buffed?) so that’s one solution.
I was contemplating whether a deck that just made a huge health minion and kept healing it could beat kingsbane rogue. like inner fire priest. I dunno though.

Kingsbane Rogue is not a combo deck. It is an anti Control deck. It is supposed to beat Reno Priest.
The game IS balanced. If anti Control decks didn't exist, decks like Reno Priest (and it's "big brother" Res Priest), would be nearly unbeatable.
You can disagree, cry a lot, make all kinds of negative statements about Blizzard/Team 5. Nobody cares what you think or say.
I play RenoLock and I'm wildly successful vs kingbane rogue. Currently I'm rank 6 and rarely see them, but what I do is wait til end of the game and save brann + gnomeferatu + Zola (maybe get a thaurrsian tick included to throw down more gnomeferatus) and when he shuffles the kingsbane back into his deck do this combo, burn about 6 cards including the kingsbane and rogue just concedes. Rinse and repeat, works everytime
Also save the gluttonous ooze for when the kingsbane has at least 9+ dmg
As others mentioned, there will be decks that hard-counter yours and that's just part of the game. If you want to understand how to counter a specific deck/build, play it or watch someone else pilot it on twitch/youtube, see which situations suck for them. When you play against the deck, you only notice its strengths, when you play using it or watch it, you'll notice weaknesses that you're glazing over now.
For kingsbane deck in particular, there are a ton of situations that suck for this deck, it's not as overpowering as you think:
Not finding Leeching Poison in time is a disaster (that's why many people tech in an extra copy)
Going against agro opponent that can beat you down before your weapon is big enough
Going against opponent who can generate wide boards
Going against opponent that can consistently freeze face
What this deck excels at is removing large single targets and avoiding fatigue, which is typically what most control decks rely on.

Please Blizzard, nerf this bully.

Tech in some steal cards and hope you get it :) Mind Vision, Thoughtsteal, Devour Mind. If you want to be extra sure you get it then you might try Archbishop Benedictus or Azalina Soulthief :) Or tech in some dragons and take Drakonid Operative.

If you are in your first year of playing please read this post.
Dust does not burn a hole in the jar. Be careful what you craft, especially before and right after a rotation.

Your priest deck shouldn't compete against all of the decks out there anyway.
Hit them really really hard and keep doing that of just conceed.
depends on how much tech you run in your deck. I would use Harrison in the early game and a glutenous ooze late game for armor gain.
I'm Nate and I enjoy writing. I got kicked off of my school newspaper so I figured I'd bring my passion to my favorite game.

Wait Reno Priest? Put in Raza, and Velen/Mind Blast. Pretty sure you can do some big burst still with the right setup

DK Jaina works well against it. They can’t attack if their weapon is constantly frozen 😂

I mean, it's okay to have bad matchups, but even those there should be a some chance to win these games.
Even if I copy their Kingsbane, the mill is gonna' work against me. He can play infinite, I have to wait until I lose my Kingsbane's durability.
Gnomeferatu is good for Warlock, but as a Priest, I can't play it :)

Benedictus is there to counter any mill decks.
